3.2 Liquidity
There is no public market for the Shares. While the B Ordinary Shares are freely
transferable under the Articles there is no active market for the B Ordinary Shares and it
would therefore be prudent to consider the B Ordinary Shares as a relatively illiquid
investment. An investment in the B Ordinary Shares is therefore likely to be less realisable
than a security admitted to and tradeable on a public stock exchange.

Looks like no re-list.

I doubt it.
I suspect this shower have taken more

Indeed. As one of the former directors (one of the non crooked ones) once said you could write a book about it.

I bet even after original blatant thefts, misappropriation, staggering incompetance by the CEO and non Execs (who spent much of their time arguing with posters on ADVFN) and shareholders money ending up with the 'Croatian Mafia' - that he would not have anticipated the story had further to run.

Looks like the last knockings of the LDC Fraud. The old three card trick in action here. Richpoint get full control of LDC and the money goes straight back to them!!!
Look at the directors of Zhongying - Ng, Littlewood's hoppo, and then there is the sole director of Richpoint there as well. And what financial information is there on Zhongying - one out of date line on assets and liabilities. No doubt the LDC directors will help themselves to the remaining cash as their end of the deal. Complete sham. The FCA should use this as a training exercise for fraud.

Yeah - I think there is another Simon Littlewood who operarates in the area. He is probably sick and tired of being mistaken for a crook like the former LDC director.

Littlewood is an incompetant and dishonest small time fool. His wife the same.

As for Oxford Uni - it churns out many of the nations fools.. Many AIM directors, commentators and indeed government politicians - including the Prime Minister.

That's if Littlewood did not lie about going there, that is.

Perhaps someone should let Oxford University know they are dealing with a crook.
Plenty of pictures of Littlewood on this website

The legal action against Littlewood is one they are supposedly pursuing actively.

They haven't announced what the rights issue price will be, but no doubt the whole exercise if it happens will be beneficial to the crooks

Thanks Cheshire for the info.

I still follow this story as it is the most interesting and amazing fraud ever on AIM - bar Langbar maybe. I might google Simon Littlewood later - see what he's been up to since ripping this company off.

Perhaps he might even consider reviving his ADVFN user name 'Painting' so he can update us. He was the man with all the knowledge on this thread and if I remember correctly spent most of his time ramping and then blaming shareholders/posters/other directors for the direction the company was heading prior to the discovery of the theft.

Its the usual bundle of laughs if you are into how best to defraud shareholders. Staff costs took another half a million cash! Of course all the money going to the directors directly contravenes the original agreement concerning when they would get paid. They pay themselves all this money, have the AGM at some Mayfair hotel and yet shareholders have to put a stamp on the envelope they sent!

Some of the legal actions are being taken forward, others remain stayed. The Croatian mafia money they have said they have made a complaint to the Croatian authorities. Note 15 is a strange one, 9 million odd shares that were illegally held by a subsidiary they have sold on the open market. What open market. There are still 85000 left to be sold if anyone wants them!!!

Loverat - it states - we are continuing to pursue further realisations and in that regard legal proceeding are under way against certain former directors.

ref the 4m

we have reached agreement in principle with zhongying to settle all outstanding matters and regularise the companys shareholding to enable us to participate along with other shareholders in the future. The principal term of the agreement is that the company will pay £4,000,000 in full to settle all claims.

They are going to hand over 4m to a company where foreign shareholders have no rights - good luck with that - they won't be getting a penny from me.
