What a little tinker he is. No wonder we've all been shafted.

Presumably they do not have the same laws in Hong Kong as in China as it seems this case just delivered Littlewood a slap on the wrist.

Beware. Those crooks Littlewood and Ng are still active in China and Hong Kong. They are running a couple of companies, New Climate Group and Infra Eco Limited

Unfortunately there are so many dubious activities on the markets and the regulators despite warnings allow carnage. I came across a company called Worthington which amongst a whole host of deals it is supposedly going to do was one to buy a company linked to Ex Littlewood cronie, James Holmes. The Worthington story looks both comical and sad, and I suspect will have a bitter ending for many.

As for Buchler he is capable but has no people skills. He surrounds himself with upper class idiots who don't have a clue.

Take a look at Langbar as a case study. Those loyal to him were screwed by the minority shareholders. He does not respect loyalty imo.

Pragmatic is my middle name but Buchler has given a new meaning to the word.

And where is Littlewood?

Gutless and cowardly. A crummy accountant who knows f all.

Is he a man or a mouse?

I know he reads these threads. Speak up and be counted and have some respect for yourself and others.

Few folk actually acknowledge this but this fraud was more fascinating as a case study than Langbar.

As KN said in one of his statements, a book or film could easily have been made about this.

I never actually spoke to KN but I knew the kind of person he was by publishing the amazing and frank findings of his investigation. Meanwhile those directors who were shoved aside because they fell asleep in late 2006 while Littlewood was arrogantly posting here whilst stealing, continue to frequent these threads with no shame.

These folk are approaching their 70's but continue to promote garbage companies.

Totally agree with the above. I spoke with Keith Nagle on a couple of occasions and he came across as a thoroughly decent bloke. Buchler & co seem however to be just milking this as a cash cow. When did we last hear from him? I am afraid we may be victims of the corruption that was so endemic in Chinese companies. It is only now that the reputation for double dealing and outright theft that was the hall mark of dealing with the country on a business level has come to the attention of those in power.

I believe they have capital punishment in China for fraud - in all senses of the expression. Is Littlewood still there?

I think we need an EGM with Buchler & co to find out just what is going on.

Yes, if there is any justice in the world , Keith Nagle's work should be rewarded. I cant understand why this whole debacle with its manifest fraud was not taken up by the Serious Fraud Office ! Can the shareholders not vote for an immediate wind-up now ?

It certainly took some guts exposing the fraud in public for what it was and in plain language. That's what initially made me warm to Keith Negal and certain other members of the management.

The first and last decent management this company ever had.

Buchler & Co probably couldn't believe their luck, a company in which he and his cronies own no shares whatsoever, but because of how the shares are held he has been able to milk the cash that was there when he arrived. I wonder what the previous management make of it. The sad loss of Keith Nagel seems the time when any real hope for shareholders to get any meaningful return simply evaporated.

QPP is interesting
How does a golf club and spa get to join the main list in three/four years.......well it tried but the main list declined the opportunity

a company that takes derivative positions in its own shares
a company where the directors borrow against their holdings in order buy more shares and other things

Whether it is good bad or indifferent I cannot say. it is certainly fairly singular in my experience

Buchler was always one to make sure he was paid first - before others.

Will be interesting to see how this turns out.

" It was agreed that shareholders would be kept informed regarding the progress of the Scheme. "

So why have they not advised us on the progress in the last two months as part of the letter ?

To see an example of 'alleged fraud' folks might be interested in the QPP debate.
Unlike here where I reckon fraud has been established, looks like the mob mentality rules.

Let's hope they don't get into any bother by making their reckless allegations.
They might be right - but that aint the point.

Good that there were 30 shareholders who saw the AGM as worth their time. Crazy that 2+ months elapse between AGM and Letter - why??

Assuming Buchler is still running the show, it will be some time before any news comes out. He was not known for his communication skills over Langbar. If I remember correctly he stiffed the majority of shareholders who were loyal and supported him - whilst rewarding those who kicked up the biggest fuss by rebelling.

Just a shame after naming the thieves and getting to grip with the frauds that Keith Negal did not have the time to sort out the rest. Some folk say legal qualifications and experience etc etc is important in resolving these issues. Not if you are bone idle.

In my view it is sheer hard work and determination needed - qualities shown by KN and Co.
