Sold most of mine too, the rest went at 38p & kept just 20k for sentimental reasons!!! Happily still up 7.5% YTD; and just over a third of that is thanks to LSR.

Topped up my DSC.

Wouldn't be surprised to see New Solera taking their stake up to 29.99%.

I'm out of LSR now between 35 and 38, thanks for the tip Skyship, had a nibble at some LXB this morning, you can buy them at 130 if you place an order.

Also sold a few - 35p (DOH!), 37p & 38p so far...

Tilts that LXB seems good value versus the Oriel y/e NAV f/c of 162p. Seems to be a large tap @ 130p; but took a few on board on Friday @ 130.4p.

The propco laggards appear to be the propco developers. I now own three: DSC, LXB & RLE.

Sold a quarter of my holding at 37p, then put a sell order in for a further quarter at 38p and were gone within half an hour.

Will probably try for north of 40p for the remaining 50%.

Hope its a good day weather wise...great way to switch off from work.

I did spend a few mins before 'close of play' reading the latest stuff ..plus saw the directors buys and took a nibble...and will probablyy add on sales from here if the good news continues.

I assume the 250k wasn't yours :)

Playing cricket tomorrow, but will be there on Tuesday.

Have a closer look at LXB; I think there is more value than people realise.

I sold a third earlier today..hoping for 38 before i sell anymore..but if i get jittery that could change.

Seagulls...hmm..our squad is weaker than last season and Ulloa has left for 8 mill initially and we've bought sod all...unless they are a bit more active by August 31st i can see us struggling..SH is a gamble...but then what appointment isn't

PS I'll be at the Amex tomorrow ..u off to Bro? :)

badtime,

Yes, I think so.

Could any of the esteemed contributors to this thread please explain the difference between IFRS and adjusted NAV (and perhaps plain vanilla NAV?), and which of them is most appropriate in evaluating Local Shopping during this programme of liquidation?

Me too badtime, plus I've just bought another 10,000 at 35.70p to take me up to my self-imposed maximum.
