Perhaps, but it's like offering your house for sale at one price while expecting to be offered lower and then negotiate. £80m+ would be very good, but selling at a discount to that is still acceptable.

As they are looking for offers in excess of £80m, I would be extremely surprised if they accepted less.

Interesting to see that HLCL acquired a £40m portfolio yesterday on a 8.35% yield.

Being conservative, I'll suggest £76m as this would still be within my estimated overall liquidation figure (assuming the rest of the portfolio goes at a similar discount). Anything above this is good news to me.

OH...interesting though as i did a few dummy trades at that time and could have bought 20k at that price..its now quoting 31 to sell

Like you, I think the portfolio will go for in excess of £80m, given the limited number of packages like this making their way to market.

I will probably look to buy back my recent sale, and even buy a few more if I can get them at the right price.
