Jacknife. Why are you at a loss to understand this statement?

”And to be in actual profit this early in a start up is amazing, so few AIM companies make any revenue at all never mind an actual profit.”

You are basing your position on backward looking H1 numbers and the very selective use of published information, and completely ignoring that the company has stated they will have a strong H2 and deliver inline with forecasts. The forecasts are clear.

” Full year results weighted to second half, with majority of the larger BRICKLIVE shows, including the Group UK flagship show at the NEC, held in the second half of 2019

FYI interim statements are not accounts, but granted that’s potentially symantec’s.

Anyway, as I predicted further strong buying today. Wouldn’t want to try and close a 25k short.... not much on offer.

Well good luck to you jakNife in your short. An investment strategy is buying an undervalued company and holding for the long term. From all the figures in the accounts and supplied in various statements the company will be in profit this year which is as clear as day. I shall remind you of your misleading statements at the appropriate point in the future as well as your misleading statements about funding being required. This company has gone from a single event in 2017 to 34 in 2018 to 67 plus in 2019 and is poised to expand rapidly in the USA, Europe and Asia, repeating the business model tested in the UK. And the great thing about the touring business in particular, is that each set of models returns the capital after 1/2 rentals and its then mainly profit from that point, so the company layers up the revenue in future years. They are also making deals with IP providers to bring world class content. The deal with nickelodeon is for 5 years and will soon be taken international as clearly stated by the Chairman.

You got your “numbers directly from the top”, where’s that, the top of the Christmas tree where your fairy fantasy of future funding requirements came from.

The accounts are pretty clear, they have booked £5.2 million in revenue for this year already which is 79% of their target and that does not include some highly cash generating events in Q3 and 4. Number of events for this year has almost doubled with more to come and on track to make an actual profit of £0.534million. Cash balances are also increasing since the H1 statement and the vendors of brightbricks want to take their deferred consideration of £833,000 in shares at 65p.

Good luck with your short mate, as I said you will need it

Anyone reading the history of this board will quickly realise you have deliberately tried to mislead over the figures for zoo rentals and also have said they need a placing, which you have said twice now. (I can remind you again of you want).

Number of events this year now stands at 67 which is almost double the events last year. Growth has been rapid and sustained. Worth looking at the economics of touring sets which is very impressive and a long way from the £70k a year you were trying to mislead people with.

“The economics of the Zoo touring assets are highly compelling. A large set of assets typically takes three months to build and costs around £300,000, of which steel, which provides the core support of the structures, represents almost half. Specialist bricks, not necessarily held in stock at Bright Bricks, also represent another significant cost, with around 4,000 different types of bricks used to create the Zoo assets. Assuming a theoretical 100% asset utilisation, which cannot be achieved in practise, each set of touring assets could yield up to an estimated £600,000 of revenue per annum at peak rates and a gross profit, at an 80% margin, of £480,000. This equates to an annual return on investment of 160% and a cash payback of seven and a half months. In reality, given the need to move these assets between locations, with cleaning and any routine maintenance also required, 100% asset utilisation is impossible to achieve. However with high demand and careful planning, asset utilisation rates of at least nine months are perfectly feasible.”

But good luck with your short mate. You will need it.

Jaknife. You’ve opened a short with IG, no coincidence you turn up trolling at the same time, and now you’re clutching at straws to justify it. A dangerous game here as free float is tiny and there is a strong shareholder base that add on any weakness. The buying will continue tomorrow. Good luck closing it. Already NT to buy. Time to buuuurrrrrnnnnn.....

From the brokers note, issued with the share price higher than currently.

“Valuation conclusion

On the basis of our compco valuation analysis, we believe an appropriate valuation range on a one year view for Live Company is 73p – 89p. The lower end of this range is based on the average of the FY21E implied valuations, including the drag effect of the EV/sales metric. This underpins the shares and their future prospects on a similar relative valuation to the compco group, and suggests downside risk should be limited from their current trading level. The top end of our valuation range is pitched at the upper end of the FY21E valuations. We believe that newsflow on new business gains, with existing or new clients, will be viewed positively by the market, as it will increase investor confidence and reduce perceived risk relative to future earnings. This in turn could push the shares towards or indeed through the 100p level, reflecting the valuations implied by the application of the FY21E metrics of our selected high growth compco sub-group. Conversely, negative newsflow could have an adverse impact on sentiment and share price with downside risk below our valuation range.”

And as to your comparisons with parallel media, last time I looked this was a business based on Bricklive, not Koop concerts. But good luck with your short lads.

If anything the shard forecasts are well undercooked. And to be in actual profit this early in a start up is amazing, so few AIM companies make any revenue at all never mind an actual profit.

Mega news due here.

I wouldn’t like to be short on this, but good luck to you lads.

even in the unlikely case they make a 0.5m profit then that puts them on a p/e ratio of over 50 ! How many of these events are recurring next year ? Remember Parallel's kpop concerts ... ? Still way overvalued , and nothing particularly unique about their offering imho

Lol jakNife you really do take the biscuit. The independent brokers note is very clear about the market expectations for this year which is £1.1m EBITDA and £0.534 m actual profit for this year. You do know what actual profit is you?

As to revenue growth, last year it grew by 157% and this year is forecast to grow by another 23% to £6.55 million but that is based On 50 events for the year. They have now reached 65 events, with more to be announced in the pipeline. It will be interesting to see if that target is exceeded. Depends how much too that they rake in from the LMI merchandising which will come into play at Birmingham Bricklive (that’s not in the forecasts).

But good luck to you with the whole fantasy placing nonsense. Anyone who opened a short today would be well down and given the low free float I would personally not like to be caught out trying to close a short.
