I don't believe it to be loss making but valued as a high growth business none the less.

Sentiment killed by Ex owner Clive Morton selling some of his stock. How much does he plan to sell ?? No idea, but with no volume every sell ticks it down. Seems to be plenty going on in the company but a question mark now lies on upfront costs of running the UK show and why did the partner not wish to carry on ?? Looking forward to hearing about the big summer news David keeps referencing.

Shares were sold to settle a personal commitment, and were subject to an orderly disposal - managed by Shard. Nothing sinister here. Anybody who follows the company knows it is only going in one direction. Brand getting more and more mature month by month. The patient will be rewarded and can confidently ignore the unsubstantiated deramping. Form is temporary, class is permanent.

Backtogo, you should call yourself backtoschool instead?

The holdings RNS wasn’t due to share sales, it was because Clive Morton’s ownership was diluted from 6.04% to 5.86% in the recent placing...

yes, but Parallel Media also had plenty of nice deals (inc with Live Nation) and we all know how the long term performance went ... cost many investors a fortune

I can see this going below the placing price of 65p - low 60's may be a good place to pick a few up looking at the chart - but management have handled this raise woefully. Maybe they will learn from it - never show the market your hand until the very last minute. Poor show.

edit - I still can't decide if this is a bit of a Guardian readers' share or not. That's even if Guardian readers buy shares - probably against their principles. lol!!
