12/1/2019 16:45 | I bought yesterday at 23.5p which I consider a low price for a share in a steady growth company with a very healthy balance sheet (cash in the bank). Edison Research forecasts a stiff rise in dividend to 0.6p for this financial year. | winnings1
11/1/2019 08:48 | Have to agree re: Board expectations - very frustrating. There are market forecasts out there, so in lieu of anything else can only assume they are in line with them too, although obviously this can't be certain. | texas_caddy
11/1/2019 08:20 | And that is what happens: no one knows what to make of the update, and rather than reassuring, the price drops. It may just be traders unwinding their profits are a few days rises, but still very disappointing | graham1ty
11/1/2019 07:40 | Agree Graham1TY. IMO that is about as futile an RNS as they could issue! | impvesta
11/1/2019 07:32 | Reassuring update but I wish companies would not say “inline with BOARD expectations” as that gives us NO indication of what the Board is expecting !!!! If the Board was expecting a slow 4Q, then matching that would be bad. If Board expectations were to beat brokers forecasts by 10%, that would obviously be great. This trading update just does not tell us | graham1ty

08/1/2019 14:54 | SIMONTHOMPSON 4:59 PM on 20/11/2018 Edison are predicting Lighthouse will report pre-tax profits of £2.76m in 2018 rising to £3.1m in 2019 based on revenues of £55.6m and £57.6m, respectively. They have factored in nil tax charge in 2018 and £590,000 in 2019. So the reported EPS are 2.16p in 2018 and 1.97p in 2019. Net funds are predicted to rise from £9.17m at the end of 2018 to £10.5m at end of 2019, reflecting £2.5m of net cash flow from operating activities less dividends of £0.8m and £350,000 of plant and equipment purchases. The cash build underpins expectations of a rise in the declared dividend per share from 0.42p in 2017, to 0.6p in 2018 to 0.7p in 2019. Hope this helps. | nobilis

20/12/2018 07:22 | Brexit worries are crushing smaller Co shares in an indescriminate way at the moment. I am seeing opportunities but sticking to companies which are not reliant on UK economy which appears to be heading for trouble. Yesterday's antics in Parliament don't provide investors with much confidence that those people in Parliament have the ability to sort this mess out. | amt
19/12/2018 15:58 | Why is this getting hit quite so hard ? The share price has almost halved. But that does not take into account the cash. At the peak the Enterprise value ( market cap minus the cash) was £45m ( £55m market cap, minus £c9.6m of cash [ was £8.7m cash in Feb, £9.6m by September). The EV is now £29m market cap, minus the same £9.6m cash = £19.4m So, the EV has fallen by more than the share price, by c55%. Is that right ? | graham1ty
28/11/2018 19:25 | Have i missed some bad news here. The fall continues but the business seems to be doing well to me. Are there brexit fears ? | jeanesy
