12/6/2018 10:05 | Bought me some of these here shares. Hope they are not just a rampfest | volsung
11/6/2018 20:43 | Still a lot of interest in this share and the write up in the Small Company Share Watch at the weekend has brought it to the attention of a wider audience. Can quite easily see the share price going even higher tomorrow as I believe that with the excellent prospects over the next few years ,the company should have an even higher share price. | teddy boy1
11/6/2018 12:55 | Be cool to see 90p a year from now | opodio
11/6/2018 12:00 | Whoever paid up to 36.9p thinking this would be ramped higher is feeling a bit sore right now. The phenomenal share price rise over the last year has rather dampened the movement today | graham1ty
11/6/2018 10:54 | A nice steady stream of buys still!. I can see this going quite a bit higher over the next few days. A good solid play on a company with a bright future ,benefiting from a fast- growing number of clients The sky's the limit, as they say! | teddy boy1
11/6/2018 07:02 | Like the story | nw99
09/6/2018 09:45 | A share recommendation in this months SMALL COMPANY SHARE WATCH (out to-day) which extols this companys virtues and brilliant prospects will, no doubt work wonders for the share price on Monday, as this is still quite a small company with a lmited number of shares in circulation I ,for one, will be buying ,as will, no doubt, lots of my fellow subscribers to the magazine P S The editor has even intimated that he may buy some shares for the GROWTH PORTFOLIO 3 , so he must have been impressed when he interviewed the CEO,Malcom Streatfield! | teddy boy1
08/6/2018 07:13 | Someone has paid almost 31p. Not complaining ! | graham1ty
01/6/2018 08:51 | interview yesterday: Headlined "Affinity business progressing exceptionally well"! | leonmoon
01/6/2018 07:38 | Flurry of activity ? | graham1ty
31/5/2018 16:19 | Nice move just before the close to hit a new high :) | xajorkith
30/5/2018 07:15 | The last results showed these affinity contracts bring real business, and recurring revenue. The gross numbers (200,000) are a bit misleading, as only a small number seek IFA advice, but undoubtedly they bring leads and clients. LGT is making good progress on all fronts | graham1ty
30/5/2018 06:15 | Yet another contract | amt
11/5/2018 12:36 | Another Director buy - paying 25p for them. | xajorkith
10/5/2018 15:00 | Good spot Xajorkith! I hadn't noticed the RNS re director buy yesterday: | impvesta
10/5/2018 14:59 | target 50p | opodio
10/5/2018 14:51 | Sudden surge to new highs following the Director buy yesterday :) | xajorkith
04/5/2018 11:30 | Nice move here today :) Bouncing off resistance once more & maintaining the multi-year uptrend. | xajorkith
03/5/2018 13:43 | Sorry, if I gave that impression. Compared to some AGMs with presentations, it was pretty short. And the statutory bit was 50% of the c25 minute meeting. They were open to questions, and handled a few, but I had to dash off to another meeting, and none of us got stuck in. I took a couple of notes, but there was nothing really that added much to my investment case. If I had chosen to ask 25 questions, they would have been very willing to engage ( as they did, to their credit, when 5 years ago they were under heavy attack). Definitely worth attending for me, though nothing new | graham1ty
03/5/2018 13:34 | Ah, OK Graham1TY, I can see that I misunderstood your earlier comment. I took it to mean that they dealt only with the statutory AGM stuff, i.e. resolutions, votes etc and hadn't appreciated that they had a Q&A session afterwards. I agree if the directors make themselves available for Q&As and informal chat afterwards then it would be useful. Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. Dividend payment day tomorrow! | impvesta
03/5/2018 13:04 | No, impvesta. I know the Board pretty well and it always good to eyeball a Board. Their demeanour and body language backs their general optimism. There were a few questions, pretty non specific. I have kept the LGT AGM going for over an hour with Q&A in the past, and while combative, they were always open and willing to engage ( even when a few votes subsequently went against them). It was also good to meet the two non Execs. I do from time to time contact non Execs with specific questions on governance or remuneration and I am glad to have introduced myself, even if only briefly. The independent non Execs are there ( inter alia ) to fight the corner of independent shareholders, so important to meet them. If all PIs think AGMs are a waste of time, then Boards take them less seriously, and they will never be a focal point for company communication. I think I was the only private shareholder present, along with two institutions. | graham1ty
03/5/2018 12:39 | So was it a waste of time turning up as a shareholder, except to meet other shareholders? | impvesta
03/5/2018 12:11 | Just statutory stuff. There were complaints about lack of trading statement and lack of engagement with private shareholders. They are considering both. They did point out the results presentation given to instos at the Prelims is on their website, so no one getting better info. | graham1ty |
