Well these were the highlights from 1H

Revenues up 11%
23% increase in EBITDA*
Recurring revenues up by nearly 20 per cent
Cash balances in excess of £12 million
Interim dividend of 0.12p per share to be paid in October
Successful sale of City Trustees for £1.85 million in cash following the period end (in August)

Perhaps should have said before that Depreciation/Amortisation was £0.5m for 1H.
EBITDA was a healthy £0.65m for 1H - tax positive

All they need now is to increase profits (158k for 1H)
Bought today as I think a push through 10p will attract a bit of attention.

Tip must be doing the rounds! But when net cash is more than share price, you wonder what is going on. I dont think this company is chewing up cash, almost a no-brainer.

The was the insurance, they see the business as cash genereative and with some better profits announced share price could double. (their words). We have in our share club and topped up this am (significant pound cost averaging!)

Just added a few at 8.24p(showing as sell). Looks a bit too cheap to ignore.

Completely against my recent decision to build up cash in the portfolio but just seemed to good an opportunity to pass up.

According to ADVFN the market cap is £4m :-) Not bad for such a cash rich co. Shame it ain't right-but still good value at MC £11m IMHO.
