09/4/2020 12:58 | Worse than that, Nobby, because every time he tries, unprovoked, to attack DEMG's products, it turns out any problem is with the LID productsAnd in the last few days, the (bleeding!) idiot has seriously been advocating MORE invasive monitoring over less invasive monitoring like that's going to stop the spread of infectionsDon't know about you, but I heard there's a bug going round in which case the fewer cuts the betterMrC | mrc2u
09/4/2020 12:38 | Isn't it funny how buywell wants to question every aspect of ODM but when you ask him a simple question about LID's technology, he goes mute. I think we can all come to the same conclusion about his motives. He is only interested in spreading libellous comments about DEMG and not answering genuine queries about the deficiencies in LID's data. Very sad and if I was a LID investor who has hung on his every word, I would be extremely disappointed. | nobbygnome
09/4/2020 10:47 | Yes very noble. Now how about answering that question....it really is a very simple request. | nobbygnome
09/4/2020 10:46 | There are tears in my eyes.... Now how about answering that question....then I will go away. Edit. Please note buywell changed his post above which shows what a devious dishonest character he is! Truly shocking, editing a post to try to make my response seem inappropriate. Low of the low and sums him up completely! | nobbygnome
09/4/2020 09:06 | Nobby You obviously like the sound of your own voice. | sabre6

09/4/2020 01:39 | ................... buywells' Covid 19 update .................... Mechanical Ventilators using Full face masks that cover the nose and mouth are being used in the fight against Covid-19 . They are being used in circa 60% of ICU cases on sedated patients. buywell research has discovered this under the heading: Mechanical Ventilation : Clinical Applications and Pathophysiology Sub Heading : Restrictive diseases Where it says ; ''The precipitating event leading to progressive repiratory failure in patients with ILD include upper and lower respiratory tract infections ( bacterial or viral). All attempts should be made to avoid endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation with aggressive medical treatment. '' ILD is Interstitial Lung Disease Note the use of the term ''endotracheal intubation '' see Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a group of many lung conditions. All interstitial lung diseases affect the interstitium, a part of your lungs. The interstitium is a lace-like network of tissue that goes throughout both lungs. It supports your lungs' tiny air sacs, called alveoli. Normally, the interstitium is so thin that it doesn’t show up on X-rays or CT scans. IMO dyor | buywell3

08/4/2020 21:29 | The silenced from buywell is deafening. Your champion appears to not have an answer for me. Very curious as surely there is a simple answer to my question. Just provide a link to the paper that shows me the results from a RCT with the Lidco monitor with statistically significant results in surgery. Come on. It's not a difficult question..... | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 21:06 | LOL Are you going to ignore all the posts today buywell? Please can you supply a link to one RCT which shows the Lidco monitor has statistically significant results in surgery? It must be easy for someone who is such a big fan of the company. Surely you did thorough research and will have it at your fingertips.... | nobbygnome

08/4/2020 19:47 | So give me a link to a RCT which showed statistically significant results for Lidco? It's not a lot to ask.... | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 19:14 | The ODM Spanish trial in the 2016 RNS demonstrated positive statistical significance which is great. That's mutually exclusive from Lido which has its own statistically-signif | t0pgrader
08/4/2020 18:45 | I paste below the editor's key point from the comparative study publication. So to make it clear these are an independent editor's conclusions as a result of the data... Editor's key points LIDCOrapid was compared with CardioQ in predicting responsiveness to fluid challenges. Twenty patients undergoing elective bowel surgery were studied. The ability of LIDCOrapid to track changes in stroke volume as assessed by CardioQ was weak. Importantly, the authors conclude that LIDCOrapid and CardioQ are not interchangeable for stroke volume optimization. | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 18:40 | Ok give me the link to one here which shows statistically significant results in a RCT in surgery please? Simple question. Then I will go away. | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 18:38 | And a large study in Spain using ODM showing statistically significant results in multiple endpoints. Have you found a Lidco RCT with statistically significant results yet? | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 18:35 | And here is the RNS about the comparative study at St Thomas Hospital | nobbygnome
08/4/2020 18:29 | One of the many trials which showed a positive result with ODM. There are lots more.... Kaufmann et al. Oesophageal Doppler guided goal-directed haemodynamic therapy in thoracic surgery - a single centre randomized parallel-arm trial. BJA: 118 (6): 852-61 (2017) | nobbygnome |
