03/7/2023 19:43 | A few nervous AM sellers shares all bought up by the close, easy business for the mm's ,and probably another 1% or more of available share transferred into sticky hands. | ![]() e43
03/7/2023 09:46 | market reaction: meh........ R. | ![]() retsius
03/7/2023 09:36 | Usual AIM market reaction... Invest in an oil&gas company > oil&gas company invests in oil&gas > sell shares in said oil&gas company. Lol | ![]() sogoesit
01/7/2023 16:42 | e43, Cheers. I am just getting up to speed here. Bought a few on Friday to keep it in my face and do some leg work. | ![]() 11_percent
01/7/2023 13:19 | 11%,if you go back through the thread, this was debated a few weeks ago. I think the initial $16m goes into the joint venture so probably 50+% LBE. LBE does have $10m ish outside the JV though. Existing debt looks like its covered by a tax credit. So basically current mkt cap is pretty much in cash when JV starts ,so no real value in Current price for previous drill successes, or future prospects. Of course plenty of expenses going forward, and I guess this was the reason the share fell so much prior to the JV announcement .( it looked like they would have to try to monetize one or all of their stakes in other licences where they had hit gas) The $100m of credit funding Japex is going to provide to the JV going forward obviously takes away the funding uncertainty and places the new JV and especially a small plc like LBE with a £14m mkt cap in an enviable position . 01/7/2023 12:16 | Bought a few on Friday to test the water. We have a £13.88 million market cap. I am looking at slide 6 of the video presentation. It says. Initial Investment of Up To US$50 million # Initial cash consideration of US$16 million. # Contingent consideration of US$4 million linked to completion of a production acquisition under review. # Up to US$ 30 million linked to Velocette exploration success (drilling Q3 23). Lets just take that initial $16 million.....at conversation rate 0.79 = £12.59 million. That is £12.59 million cash verses a market cap of £13.88 million. With the JV being confirmed....am I right in saying that £12.59 million is in the bag for LBE. This does not include the further £3.14 million and £23.6 million. ================= The graph looks good. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com Gaps up on the JV news. Then 3 weeks where the share price pulls back......although it barely dents the rise.....and it is NOT a REVERSAL. Then we have a 5 week rising trend......with the last week showing a larger increase in share price .......its got momentum. | ![]() 11_percent
01/7/2023 07:45 | LBE looking good for next week and beyond. Q3 will be transformational for sure. Should be 50p min. £1+ if Velocette lands and with 30% COS, looking very positive | ![]() pol123
01/7/2023 07:02 | Velocette is the immediate tempting item on LBEs agenda | danmart2
30/6/2023 16:14 | Here we go now, chart break out ahead of next week, Prod agreement and this Velocette well is in for free now, if it comes in, this goes north £1 Japs know where the hot space is right now, Noggie N Sea crude. | ![]() chutes01
30/6/2023 12:10 | Yep, looks like the loose shares have dried up,a few will be tempted to put some back onto the market as price climbs, but 15m mkt cap still values existing drill successes at v little ,not to mention Japex JV,and future drill prospects. | ![]() e43
30/6/2023 10:14 | Bid had to tick up, they were bidding the middle for size. Over the offer for any size. | ![]() bumpa33
29/6/2023 11:15 | Actually surprising how many people are giving him their shares at these prices. Don't make much sense to me | ![]() ripvanwinkle3
29/6/2023 10:13 | AB expecting a nice little Brucie bonus with this investment | ![]() ripvanwinkle3
29/6/2023 09:59 | Window for Velocette spud is 20/7 to 20/8 so quite conceivable we could be drilling Velocette in 4 weeks time .. | ![]() ohisay
28/6/2023 18:51 | Had this discussion elsewhere and pretty much concur, if it breaks there’s little natural resistance until 35-40… | ![]() bumpa33
28/6/2023 18:11 | The big sell-off between 40 and 27 at beginning November 2022 gives a technicals view to support a rapid move up when/if it breaks above about 26. The "round number" target for price action would be 40 in my view. Technicals are a matter of judgement so DYOR etc. etc. | ![]() sogoesit
28/6/2023 12:29 | ready to pop over 30p quickly | ![]() chutes01
28/6/2023 12:09 | Agreed Ng, there is nothing in the price here for what’s on the table and a clear valuation gap that surely has to close. Question is when. | ![]() bumpa33
28/6/2023 11:50 | When she goes it will be quick. Too much upside to come over the coming weeks that's not reflected at all in the mcap. | ![]() not guilty
28/6/2023 11:49 | Full ask now, 22.5… | ![]() bumpa33
28/6/2023 11:36 | Fun and games… LBE all the mm’s are bidding in size, a couple over the mid price at 22.1, there is one offer at 22.2 so very tight. | ![]() bumpa33
23/6/2023 13:34 | Nothing left at 22 now, best offer 22.34 | ![]() bumpa33 |
