Looks like its putting its funds listed from the float to good use, by applying for all the grants it can: Libertine Holdings PLC (LSE AIM: LIB), a developer of clean, highly efficient and fuel-flexible Linear Generator products, has been awarded GBP423,260 grant funding by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS)

I would imagine they got enough money from the float to employ a fulltime team of highly skilled professional grant draftsmen and women to see k out and apply for every grant you can shake a stick at! Breakfast and dinner all on the tax payer.
