It seems to have bottomed out.

Once we get confirmation of the next 3 wells I am sure interest will pick up.

At 550 - 600 BOPD we must be generating $250k - $300k a month in free cash flow assuming salary/ admin costs of around $250k a month.

550 BOPD x ($50 - $20) x 30 days = $495K
600 BOPD x ($50 - $20) x 30 days = $540k

Once the next 3 wells (fully funded) are completed taking us to 750 BOPD+ the monthly cash flow moves up to $425k a month which will be close to self funded for Goudron.

750 BOPD x ($50 -$20) x 30 days = $675k

LGO is only 2 months away from being very comfortable and able to develop Goudron without fund raisings.////// PMSL at this post. I suppose we should be grateful that brasso is no longer using WTI oil price for what LGO receives from Petrotrin. The last production number was 459,so with no decline plus 145 bopd (80 + 65)from the 2 new wells then 604 bopd is mathmatically possible BUT initial flow rates have always declined fast. As discussed before LGO has 100 producing wells (according to NR) so 459 bopd is only 4.6 bopd per well,so it is MOST UNLIKELY that 600 bopd will be getting produced now or 550 bopd for that matter. My guess is the next 6 monthly report will show production at or under 400 bopd and production at the new wells will have fallen off a cliff. One of you holders should ring NR for up to date production numbers for the first of the new wells but I doubt that he will give you them!

12bn - I noticed your answer to my shorting question but I am still struggling with your logic as if share price weakness was nailed on in the way you suggest I would find a way to slip out of the harem and put that bet on - of course if I was just full of bluster and merely attempting to undermine sentiment here I would understand why you wouldn't put real money behind your posting stance!

12bn - have to say I'm shocked at your admission you've not watched the March Corporate Presentation yet - I would have thought anyone wanting to be taken seriously on here would want to know what LGO are saying - you could have created numerous posts disputing assertions and facts within that presentation - judging from past performance you wouldn't even have to bother to check your facts before posting!

I'm staggered that you didn't, minimally, peek at page 10 as this deals with the area you seem to have greatest difficulty with - numbers of wells and Mayaro decline rates - lost opportunity there 12bn! Of course the actual results of the recent Mayaro twins has been way above the graph on page 10 but I'm not suggesting there is any room for complacency 12bn.

Did you see my favourite horse romping home at Punchestown Yesterday - ' Unowhatimeanharry ' - what a star was able to maintain momentum despite strong challenges - does it remind you of NR LOL?

Saudi Aramco CEO Says Peak Oil Demand Is a Misleading Theory
by Grant Smith

→ Petroleum use will keep growing for decades to come: Nasser
→ World’s largest producer remains on track for IPO next year

The boss of Saudi Arabia’s state oil company defended petroleum as the mainstay of the global economy, countering theories that demand will peak within years with his own forecast that consumption will keep growing for decades.

“The global economy is forecast to double in size by 2050” so overall demand for energy will be higher, Saudi Arabian Oil Co. Chief Executive Officer Amin Nasser said at the International Oil Summit in Paris. The idea that oil demand is close to its maximum level is “equally as misleading” as now-discredited theories about peak oil supply, he said...

Ccr believe me he took a fair few unfair hits from posters apart from the named culprits... I guess he has better things to do than take that level of bile especially when you remember how much he has invested... Anyway he still drops the odd nugget but I agree if we all took that stance the idiots such as 12bn on the other active thread here on Advfn would have won their battle... I am surprised not more have commented about the video clip I posted above... more recent than some of the stuff the village idiot is posting at the mo!!

12bn - at least you're admitting to guess work now 12bn on the Lind deal - good of Neil to devote a whole page of the March Corporate Presentation to it - I assume you've read it now to confirm what I'd already told you - no payments to Lind to date in shares!

If you were that confident about the share price weakness why didn't you short it - or wouldn't the harem permit it!

arry, don't you think that you should have sold at 4.01p like good old uncle 12bn said? The share price is falling again now, why? Could it be that NR is paying off Lind with shares? My guess is they will! LOL :)

12bn - rrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRRREBMIT - LOL just been viewing the April 27th Share Price RISE .......take a look 12bn!!!

Still don't understand why a price fall seems to excite you more than a rise as you state you have no financial interest in LGO - must be like bath time at the harem for a eunuch!!!!

Sold Oil - Spain

Looks like everyone’s now ready for oil produced to be re stated as oil sold.

Big advantage is the remaining oil from Spain 2016 can now be included in the quarterly total Q1 2017. However sold oil is approx. 18% less than well head fluid was as stated as produced previously. Losing Spanish production has really hurt us badly but it won’t fully show till Q2 is released as there will be no stockpiled oil to bring to Q2 & unless progress is made with more additional wells at Goudron; any benefit from the recent wells will have been lost.

Well 672 should give clues to recent wells as follows

Pad 4 GY-672 = ~60 (on pump, estimate only) - 17/06/15
then 60 after recompletion to GS on 12/08/15 free flowing

Jan 2017 Spain wouldn’t have added much though as throughout the month the wells were being shut down and associated tanks & equipment cleaned out for mothballing in readiness for the end of the month.

COS is a continuing big problem due to accrual accounting, currently dissecting accounts from 2007 to present as well as Spain history, Trinidad history, and having to learn accounting. Phew !!

Will put data on as progressing @JR710_
All imo Gla JR

Spanish Oil

Looking at the RNS we sold the last tranche of Spanish Oil end of November 2016 but didn't fully suspend production until end Jan 2017 leaving two months of production tailing off towards the end. Spain was producing around 100 Bopd so say we produced for a further 6 weeks after the last Oil sale we should have a stock pile of circa 4200 Bopd (100 x 42 days), possibly more depending how much was left in storage at end November. So anyone any ideas what happened to this last tranche of Oil production? Could be fair few bob to come if there is this amount left to sell.
