17/1/2014 14:35 | mayroad yes thats what a lot of people seem to think and it makes sense.I think len will be 10p plus next week with all the hype... i hope to get over 14p for lrl, if and when this happens, is anybody's guess | socktrade1
17/1/2014 14:19 | I think LEN is the much better bet given the new board, cash resources and existing asset - I'll hold both as I believe there is a plan for LRL, otherwise Mt Leyshon would just have been sold and the cash sunk into the Energy business - why demerge and incur the costs of running two businesses if you don't intend progressing with them both | mayroad2
17/1/2014 14:10 | mayroad i think i will just hold both and see how this all pans out, alot of people seem to think there is potential in the gold asset and there ae reasons for the split, so i will just wait. If len rises next week im sure this will have an impact on lrl.. best thing to do is to hold both this way if len doesnt work out i still have lrl | socktrade1
17/1/2014 13:51 | Sock - yes that is correct, but the book cost of the two holdings added together i.e. LRL + LEN will be the same as it was when you just owned LRL shares (pre-demerger) - that's my understanding but willing to be corrected | mayroad2
17/1/2014 13:47 | TALK of below cash value when the 50% below average intelligence realise that it is ok to sell lrl. | johnwalton
17/1/2014 13:42 | how many of you have sold lrl? how many of you think they something planned for lrl? im not sure whether to sell or not. talk of 3p but i dont see this being porbable in the near term | socktrade1
17/1/2014 13:36 | ok mayroad.. if i have 1000 shares in lrl i will now have 2,000 shares, 1000 in lrl and 1000 in len is this correct? | socktrade1
17/1/2014 13:24 | Once upon a time............... | bullsvbears
17/1/2014 13:20 | If I had £1000 in........... :) | cupra kid
17/1/2014 13:20 | The book cost refers to how much you paid for your LRL shares in the first place, and the ratio is how that original cost is split between your new LRL and LEN shares - no impact on the number of shares you get, purely how it will show on your trading account going forward | mayroad2
17/1/2014 13:16 | 1 for 1 stocktrade1 the guy got it wrong ...read the RNS's.... | edward3
17/1/2014 13:14 | what do they mean by a ratio yet be determined if we are going to get the same amount of shares in len?? | socktrade1
17/1/2014 11:37 | I thought i'd give my broker a call(halifax) the guy told me that i will still be entitled to shares in len if i sell Today but he said you might not get the same number of shares you hold as the ratio is yet to be determined... now im even more confused he didntseem to know alot and said you might not get the same number of shares | socktrade1
17/1/2014 08:38 | I am always reminded of the comedian who said that the average man is pretty thick and then you have to remember that 50% of people are thicker than the average man! | rcturner2
17/1/2014 08:21 | What about a bendy bully? | napdphil
17/1/2014 07:46 | I've asked for the fountain pen presentation gift set. | wordog

16/1/2014 22:03 | Good times ahead for these guys...although when i looked at the share price the other morning it was a shock then 10 secs it then cam to me why lol.Bought into lrl last year with an average of 11p,so glad to see this company moving forward with Paul at the helm ! | kenco7
16/1/2014 22:02 | Don't undermine the intelligence of our sock trader, he will be the one who will make the most here. He has allegedly invested multiples of £14000 here. | nick297
16/1/2014 21:39 | So if I've got £1000 in LRL and £1000 in LEN, how many books at cost can I buy with 1.5p x 1000.........I'll get my coat. :) | cupra kid
16/1/2014 20:01 | mind you im willing to wait for 14p, lets just hope that we dont get bad news re: well 7 | socktrade1
16/1/2014 20:01 | got it, len might trade above it's value too, with all the hype it's quite possible we might see the share price double from 6 to 12p. I might sell lrl Tomorrow, i am looking for 14p for len gla | socktrade1
16/1/2014 19:56 | I don't post here often but it seems that beaujolly has explained it very well after many other very confusing posts. I shall be holding both for the time being because I really can't see the Board of LRL going to the expense of splitting the company if the two separate entities then just carry on in the same fashion ie nothing much happening. More than one or two commentators have speculated that deals will be done in both the new companies and I for one can't wait for the action to start. Good luck to all. | jick
16/1/2014 19:45 | Some one shoot me. | wordog |
