17/2/2010 08:38 | 2p to buy. Ouch! | the_beagle
10/2/2010 23:03 | Tara, where are your 10 listed? | pcolman1
10/2/2010 18:55 | grlz.Keeping investments close to ones chest is something Kenny could not do.He bought so much that he had to declare a notifiable interest as he has also been obliged to do here | linney3
10/2/2010 15:06 | cheers grlz.... I still find MHG pretty exciting and will return when the dust settles | kennyruss
10/2/2010 14:51 | lol can anyone explain what PWs problem is - £60k, £57k or even £50k here we have a bitter knocker grudging another PI who took his chance, invested wisely and turned a profit that most fund managers would be envious of... idk Kenny, but I salute his call on MHG, even though I don't agree with the methods as I prefer to keep my investments close to my chest ;) | grlz
10/2/2010 11:36 | Tara, if you're about have a look over on your DAV thread, good news I think. Be intersted in your thoughts oveer there. Sorry for o/t guys. Rex. | rex harbour
10/2/2010 10:23 | Pwhite73, you again fail to ask why would the directors do that cos it would stuff themselves .!!! and why are they paying listing fees.???, and why have they not de listed , and why should they not make great profits for investors as in the past. You seem to think i and others are out to con investors, when infact its companies like this that can 10, or 50 bag with a deal. | tara7
10/2/2010 09:35 | PWhite73, VAL is interesting and " is not a shell"! it has great products with great potential...dont miss out | xb2
10/2/2010 09:13 | A word of warning here about all this talk of the market cap being only £200K. It is only £200K because zilch is going on, the company is only a shell. If a third party decides to inject money into this business it does not mean those who currently have a notifiable interest will continue to do so. If company X decides to inject £10 million into LEO it does not mean Mr Y who currently owns 10% of the company will end up with a stake worth £1 million. What normally happens is that company X will protect its investment by massively diluting the shares as part of the injection package. So as £10 million is 50 times the size of £200K the stock could get diluted by 50 times or there abouts. The new market cap will be worth £10,200,000. With the new owners holding £10,000,000 worth of stock and existing owners holding £200,000 worth of stock. Don't listen to the rubbish here about a market cap of only £200K. If as reported this company is only a shell then the market cap is overvalued by £200K. | pwhite73
10/2/2010 08:09 | Igot in and got out quick here,if you lot want a good punt look at CLKH soon ,please DYOR,good luck. | flojo
10/2/2010 07:57 | dudishes I sold 6,485,633 at avg of 1.16, as I had a 250k trade at 1.40p - so brought my average up to 1.16 for the sell... approximate cost was just under £18k... so £57k profit... sorry I glorifed it to £60k.. If you had made £97k, you would have said £100k | kennyruss
10/2/2010 07:30 | Thats fine good luck to all. | tara7
10/2/2010 07:27 | Tara, my post was in defence of Ken, he made £60K in a matter of days on a penny share, and the fact was published/confirmed by RNS, (dotcom beware, if only eh). Makes a change that someone on a BB announces buy/sell with official confirmation. Despite the fact, there will be disbelievers and whingers yes? Do follow your 10, think I told you before, but not for me -SB only, and none of your group are quoted by CMC/IG or others that I know. ie: My current bet is BG. long £2500 pp. I think you would allow me to abstain in this respect, wrt your 10? I will continue to follow your 10, and think you will win on at least 2 of them?? cheers | dudishes
10/2/2010 07:11 | Market Cap of LEO, is under £200,000, try finding any listed stock at that value, where the directors have a track record of huge gains for shareholders, where they state in the accounts the are backed by another company with 10M of nett assets.!!! | tara7
10/2/2010 06:58 | Come on Ken, be honest, it was approx £51,000, not £60,000 profit. Peanuts I know, but you must cross the t's etc...else you upset the 1p chasers. A real shame that you and tara are ahead, and sometimes, gone before the sheep, eh! WD | dudishes
10/2/2010 06:25 | linney will check it out | kennyruss
10/2/2010 06:24 | ps can show you my 7.25% holding here as well, to show that I haven't sold!! your call | kennyruss
10/2/2010 06:23 | pwhite what the RNS says and what I actually held are different, I had 6.5m + from memory, could actually pull out the trades if you want i have two days before I need to notify, so between notifying them and them producing an RNS I had more.... what have I done with most of my profit?? - can show you the 4m lodged in my account, and also ploughed some into here.. I also picked up some care capital at 2.09-2.20 and sold at 3.50p+ I wouldn't try and accuse me of lying...because I don't... poor post, pwhite73... I thought you were better than this | kennyruss
10/2/2010 01:06 | tara7 - 3 Feb'10 - 14:05 - 305 of 351 "Look also at Kenny last week 60k profit in a few days." If you believe that rubbish you'll believe anything. Bought 0.3p x 6,014,553 = £18,043 Sold 1.15 x 6,014,553 = £69,167 - £18043 = £51,124 Well there's £9K missing for a start. You then have to look at the date of MHG announcements. They notified us on 28 Jan 2010 that KR had notified them on 26 Jan 10 of 4.37% stake. So when did he get the chance to pick up 6 mil at 0.3p. The trades show 25 Jan 2010 was a day of active buying. However on that day the first 20 buys would have had to of been his to meet the 0.3p average. The following day 26 Jan 2010 the stock was too high. So all pile into LEO is it. Hopefully some of the stardust will fall onto us. How much of the $60K has he lost in this stock or more to the point how much money have private investors who play 'follow the leader' lost in this stock. tara7 you ought to be ashamed of yourself. | pwhite73
09/2/2010 23:27 | Kenny.Have a look over at BRM.I am involved with a rather large holding for past twenty months at a multiple of current share price Shares can be gotten at 1.05p today and assets are approx 2p not taking nto account their zero value land banks. This is at least a double on current share price purely on what cash and investments they have at todays value - and my guess is the real value will be realised in the near term | linney3
09/2/2010 12:51 | still here tara:) still at +7% holding... may add to 10% if the mm's cut the spread | kennyruss
09/2/2010 10:36 | VAL starts to take off!!! | xb2 |
