I hope whoever it was who bought 80k at 4.5p this am on a T trade knows what he is doing. 3p bid gives a nasty paper loss. Buyers beware imo.

the ipo market (UK) is picking up in general

maybe cash shells and rto's will follow in the wake of that

Anyone know who this Kenneth Russell chap is who has been increasing his stake here? There is a Kenneth Russell who is Managing Director/CEO at Key Petroleum . . . anyone know if they are one and the same?

For any who missed the boat, just buy as the MM try and buy in stock, they are in it for profit. They can and will move the price down, [and up] to suite themselves. Today they may have many buy orders, so they drop the price to get stock. Works sometimes but not always.

Profit...yes I am in profit, hurray, my shares either cost nowt, or 2.79p. My broker doesn't appear to have found me any more today. There may be quite a few small share holders in profit who paid nowt when Safeland launched the shells

Someone above said they rang the company, and was told no plans to de-list. That removes yet another risk here. have to say , report and accounts never pointed to de-listing anyway.

Its a clean shell with a small business valued at almost nothing. Its up 46% today and the mkt cap has gone up to just £230k. If someone is looking for a vehicle to reverse into that has time on its side, its LEO. Any deal and watch it soar.

If the 100,000 buy and the 150,000 buy are the same investor [trades at the same time] then look out for another RNS. ie over 3%.

Awful complicated buying over the phone. They say 3p/4p, but i have to wait and see what they can do.
I don't see any evidence for anyhting 'brewing'. Its been several years stewing rather than brewing! But fingers crossed something might come along.
