They have not delisted and continue to look for acquisition(s) to put into LEO. That is their strategy going forward

No, odds are far better, here is why. First they are still trading, second they have the backing of SAF see accounts, third, have stated they intend to grow buy doing a deal, fourth look at the super profits the Lipmans have made for investors with other spin outs. So in my mind £6k for all that is a steal. Note the big boys paid 12 times that amount.
