31/7/2018 12:04 | CI Your figures dont totally add up as the 195,250 new shares issued 20/4/18 arent included. On the same day VS replaced Colin Medway with Robert Michael Russell as secretary but Medway still apprears to hold his 131,724 shares. So do you know where 195,250 went, possibly to Russell? And while I'm at it with numbers, does todays RNS mean VS have issued a further 340,000 new shares? If so, it could explain the drop in price and they could be given to Schuster? For the record 161,500 of the 195,250 were valued at £10.00 each but strangely the extra 33,750 were at £4.00. Does anyone know why this would happen? Sorry for being a pain with my numbers but I can't sleep if they dont add up. 🍉 | sam the man1 | |

31/7/2018 10:13 | Chapter Four - Page Eight "Mudbaths guide to Fiscal Rectitude" (Pub. 2018 by Plank Books Ltd) "The definition of a company destined for oblivion, is one that is more than doubling it's revenues every year, that has the founder of Moonpig on board. It is one that has partnered with Wincanton, the UK's biggest logistics company, that has NotionCapital on board, and one that has secured as it's new Chairman one of the most successful and sought after people in the telecoms and tech world. Other definitions of guaranteed failure also include a vast amount of UK NHS trusts using it's software, and some of the biggest UK retailers. In short, in my esteemed opinion, its doomed to fail". | professor pettigrew |
