The VS business model:-

"VS's momentum continues with revenue growth increasing from over 60% to over 70% over the last two years. In the same time, VS's total headcount has also increased from 20 to 116."

So,revenues up 10%(on a miniscule base to start with),whilst the headcount soars by over 500% PLUS a few more Chiefs for good measure.

That is a FAST TRACK path to oblivion.

It was only OVERsubscribed by 70%

Of course, the planks come out of the woodwork when we get a pull-back, but pull-backs are inevitable and as healthy as tick-ups. It's when we get tick-ups you don't see much of people like him.

Still, it's going to be very heartwarming to prove him wrong in the coming year.

An RNS today sufficient to subdue any enthusiasm for LEG.

Their stake in VS diluted to 6.8%,when a window of opportunity existed to actually increase this.

As for VS,these are worrying times.

A massive escalation in admin costs has necessitated a fund raise;suggesting or indeed confirming that revenues remain of a paltry nature.

Not surprisingly the VS valuation shows no progress.
Not surprising also that there was no great interest in the fund raise.

VS might achieve scale.
Until they demonstrate that this is possible,concerns must remain.

As for LEG,its share price is destined to languish at around 0.1 pence or lower for the months and years ahead.
