Good morning to all genuine holders. Let's hope for an improvement in the weather from here on in, and of course some more blue for LEG.

Off air again today, but reality beckons from tomorrow.

Looks like our friendly workmen will coming round mid-morning and working on until late in the evening to get things finished, so I'll be whisking Lady Pettigrew out to a restaurant for dinner.

Paul I was surprised we didn't have another tick up to .11 with the large buys going through, leads me to believe their may be a large sell orders being worked or it's just mms up to their normal tricks, we should find out in the first few hours in the morning. Zaf although not media friendly did well to re-iterate the markets undervaluing of the share price and the potential for growth, onwards and upwards.

To be fair , it might be worth a punt if you bought below 0.1p. But those with an average of 0.279p?
Sorry , starting to get dark. Was 4 degrees C when I went out earlier. Probably not much above zero tonight.

I’m just surprised the price didn’t sky rocket with the amount of buys. Still there are huge bargains to be had here and Zaf’s become way more open. That coupled with vs due any day to bring on new clients and any amount of news from IBS or Angel etc... exciting times ahead.

Phil - LEG are 100% correct.

The necessary details are only for funds, not individual companies.

It's Halifax that have their wires completely crossed.

Plenty of buying here today, so Halifax have missed out on commissions.

We are sorry that you are not able to trade Legendary via Halifax. Regarding KID, we have had these queries before from Halifax and have told them that we are not required to publish a KID; we took legal advice on this when it came to the fore some time ago.

We can only suggest that you use another broker.

I was the one who asked the question about Halifax online trading and I can confirm that Philmiboots is correct because they've just told me the same thing. I also just tried a dummy sell and got a quote of .0966p on 6m shares. So again you can sell but not buy.

So I opened an account with LSE and bought 284,363 at .102p with £9.95 trading costs.

Depending on how Halifax goes I may transfer all my holdings to LSE.

Thanks gbenson1, when you suggested last week that I look at ii, I did and I appreciate you replying. I guess I went for LSE because I use their BB's and I'm familiar with their website layout.

Looks like Zaf's interview has stirred a little interest, lets hope he keeps it up.

Hi Phil we've had this problems before with the Halifax I'm sure the answer last time was the regulation affect funds not listed shares, I'm sure other brokers will gladly accept LEG buys or sells. I know Interactive investors the old TRW process my buy orders efficiently.

Unable to buy LEG.
Someone mentioned this last week.
Just tried with Halifax-Online and got the "unable to trade this share" message.
Spoke to Halifax who explained that they have not received a "Key Investor Document" (KID) from LEG so they have "buy restricted" the share (apparently they have buy restricted 143 shares for this reason). You can sell but not buy. Due to the EU MISID2 regulations which came in on Jan 2018. It requires LEG to complete the documents and forward to all dealers. Not sure how all of todays buys are going through - clearly not via Halifax. Presumably other dealers are not so "enthusiastic" about the rules and regulations.
Have emailed LEG/Zaf to ask WTF.

As the Investor of course he has to look forwards but reporting figures needs to be fact based so in turn looking backwards. I believe in the Business so will keep topping up at these low levels until VS float unless there is further Investments that look interesting. He's bought into these with such a low budget, id be very interested to see what he could do if he had a decent one.
