08/5/2018 12:51 | With respect, the 2 directors that sold were realising their gains as any fiscally acumen person would know, and the new shares happen every day in micro and large stocks as a means to incentivise employees, funny how our takes on LEG/VS are polar opposite!! | gbenson1
08/5/2018 10:05 | Some fools like to blame the mms for share prices falling. Approx 99.9% of the time, its down to supply and demand, and its plain to see there is NEVER a problem matching supply, and more, for any misplaced demand here. | carefreesid
08/5/2018 10:03 | Days like these silence the ones with fiscal acu'men for a while ! | chinese investor
08/5/2018 09:35 | I've owned a lot of crocks, but never a marina. How did I avoid it? | maxk
08/5/2018 09:15 | I ask myself why are the VS directors selling their stock.... ....and why are they issuing new shares as apparently they are coining it in ? | chinese investor
08/5/2018 09:11 | The £69 million valuation was on 20 April 2018 ! | chinese investor
08/5/2018 09:11 | The mm's have a track record of being rather pathetic at times. 1.6m buys 214k sales then they drop the bid. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 09:09 | sam - of course, but that is the last valuation. Lots of positive happenings have gone on since then. Even Zaf said last week the last valuation was that figure. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 08:55 | they did used to spin alot | currypasty
08/5/2018 08:53 | Zaf said it was very difficult to invest in VS directly but loads of people have ! | chinese investor
08/5/2018 08:27 | Excellent paul - thanks a bunch. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 08:20 | Too bloody hot now. I'm taking the Morris marina coupe for a spin down to the coast. | bionicdog
08/5/2018 08:13 | LEG hold 473,405 VS shares VS have 6,967,174 in circulation Based on the price paid for last VS shares VS is valued at £69.67m 🍉 | sam the man1
08/5/2018 08:07 | A modest buy to start the day. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 07:54 | Can you give me some figures as to how you come up with £300m valuation? What were the last years sales figures? | soupdragon55
08/5/2018 07:50 | PP when did someone buy VS shares at over £43? | soupdragon55
08/5/2018 07:44 | Just for the avoidance of any doubt, soupdragon has stated that LEG's holding in VS is now 6.4% as opposed to 7.2%. This is factually correct but what he failed to point out is that VS have recently issued shares to new staff, they probably have a long lock-in period as well, and the stock will be rolled into part of their remuneration, probably with an incentive clause locked in there for further growth. 6.4% of a company which is now probably worth in excess of £300m and growing rapidly is far more preferable to 7.2% of a company worth less than £100m and stagnating. So, just for any newbies that may have read his statement on his thread, it's nothing sinister and in fact perfectly encapsulates the exponential growth that Virtualstock is currently experiencing. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 07:24 | And that is entirely because VS have issued shares to new staff. 6.4% of a company growing rapidly and probably now worth in excess of £300m is better than 7.2% of a company that is stagnating and worth less than £100m. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 07:05 | A bright sunny and jocular morning to all genuine LEG holders. | professor pettigrew
08/5/2018 07:05 | LEG holding in VS is now 6.4% | soupdragon55
07/5/2018 10:45 | Fiscal acumen I believe. | bionicdog |
