Over the past months, Virtualstock have been garnering regular but small contracts, which Zaf keeps referring to, and which they don't report.

As long as the bread continues to be buttered then that's good enough.

A firm and solid foundation under the company with rising revenues. Nobody takes on staff at this rate without exponential growth and the prospect of massive contracts going forward.

TO KEEP THE PRICE DOWN....no wonder we are way below our true valuation...

If the Leventis family have taken a £420,000?? stake in VS, it keeps them under the radar, VS with their amazing growth need a lot more investment other than just the Notion amount. £420k is assuming they paid £10 a share, a holdings pdf at companies house will reveal all..

how do you arrive at a valuation of £300m?

Before you respond we don’t want to hear any of that rubbish about lots going on behind the scenes because you don’t know what’s going on...even in front of the scenes.

I would add that only one person on planet earth thinks LEG is worth in excess of £300m... YOU!!!

VS issued new shares in Feb(113,000) and Mar(54,000) and once I discovered the names of the new shareholders I spent hrs (see post 555) trying to find out who they were and why they might have received them, without success.

Last month VS issued a further 195,250 so LEG's shareholding today is 6.8%. Exactly was it was 12 month ago and we've invested £260,000 since then.

If the names above ARE employed by VS then CI is correct in saying they do not hold VS shares.
