03/2/2018 17:23 | Evening sam - just logged on. Been rather busy today. I'm more into LEGS than anything, but not being an extremist, I've always been more interested in anything in the middle. | professor pettigrew
03/2/2018 15:52 | Leg has many problems. In essence, it is a one trick pony, and that pony is ludicrously valued in a field full of thoroughbreds. Forget this bs valuation of 240mln. Notion may have valued it at 66mln, but I'd be surprised if they do now, given vs havnt signed any new contracts since they bought in. Do not believe the rampers on the dreamers thread. They are in too deep to be rational. | professor knobhead
03/2/2018 14:08 | Would rather they didn’t hang out with corrupt spivs like the disgraced former minister Liam Fox. Anyway, here’s Wincanton on the future of digitised supply chains | soupdragon55
03/2/2018 11:59 | Carillion had and Capita have huge HMG contracts. Didn't do them much good ! | chinese investor
03/2/2018 10:21 | Good morning PP Nice to see Mills in the same group as Liam Fox on Twitter. It gives you a glimpse of how far VS could go with the right contacts. By the way, I'm not into avocados, I prefer a nice pair. Boom, boom! To all LTH's - have a great weekend | sam the man1
03/2/2018 03:02 | Avocados. What a prawn. | michaelsadvfn
02/2/2018 21:03 | Cheers Gotto. We're getting there. Just wait for the re-rate. It'll come. | professor pettigrew
02/2/2018 20:55 | Good research pp | gottopickapocketortwo
02/2/2018 20:38 | Q. Did COTL manage to extend their permit again? A. Those with patience will be well rewarded fatfish. david, you really are a useless lump. I suppose you’re going to tell us there’ll be an RNS next week? Originality ain’t your speciality is it dave? | michaelsadvfn
02/2/2018 15:38 | Patience here will be well rewarded fatfish. GL. | professor pettigrew
02/2/2018 15:10 | oh dear, bought a few more. Time will tell if I did the right thing. Tin hat on and tightly strapped | fatfish
02/2/2018 14:44 | Did COTL manage to extend their permit again as it was due to lapse last month. From 2015 Circle Oil announces extension of permit for Mahdia Licence, offshore Tunisia AIM-listed Circle Oil has announced that the Tunisian Authority has approved the application to renew the exploration permit on its Mahdia block. The Permit is being extended for three years until 19 January 2018 and Circle Oil, as operator, currently has a 100% working interest in the Permit. | soupdragon55
02/2/2018 14:21 | We are indeed KK. Lots of other stocks that you can make a comparison with over the years, many which languished for far longer than we have done, then all of a sudden Mr Market really found out what was going on. In a way we are lucky on here to have lots of knowledge already. Sometimes, being classed as an "investment trust" doesn't help, as they are generally split two ways, those that trade at a premium and those at a discount. Our discount though, is massive. I think a lot of that is because we are basically news-driven at the moment, but nobody can argue with the basic intrinsic value of VS. I think once we see it in writing that we are over the £200m value mark there, which would equate to a holding worth £14.4m here then our £4m current mcap will be no more. We do need news though on IBS, CfA and our oil interest, especially with Brent around $70. Bottom line is though that the share price is more than supported just by VS. What more can Mr Market want to know before the re-rate starts in earnest? | professor pettigrew
02/2/2018 12:36 | Cudmore - you are so so right here Please please all listen to John Waite on VOX using cudmores link from about 23 min In ........ We are sitting on viseuvoius here and I can snd will wait. | kemorkid
02/2/2018 11:43 | Once the market wakes up to these we’ll see a substantial share price rise imho. If Nicola thinks so then i’m Happy to sit and wait. She has made me a lot of money over the past 12 months! | cudmore
02/2/2018 08:33 | Thank cbbc more likely | professor knobhead
02/2/2018 08:32 | Wonder if there's a late reported sell for a couple of mil in the pipeline from CfA, as they appeared to be happy selling at .11p the other day? | gbenson1
02/2/2018 07:06 | A jolly good morning to all genuine LEG holders. | professor pettigrew
01/2/2018 21:52 | Those that doubt the 1p party will ever happen, have never been so wrong in their lives. | professor pettigrew
01/2/2018 21:47 | Nice one paul. Brilliant Belt. Onwards and upwards here. | professor pettigrew |
