Hi prof, thinking about the podcast yesterday and the bullish news restating the unicorn status and yet again zero market positivity this morning - I can only assume the market is wary of LEG because of Zaf........ For example what do you think he'll do with the money if and when VS is sold and £30 million plops into Legs account...........my guess is that Zaf would go on a spending spree like never before and us lowly shareholders wouldn't get a sniff of it?

In the big scheme of things, if every other holding we have turns out to be a complete dud, we are severely undervalued just on our VS holding alone.

All one can surmise is that certain people around here have an agenda.

Which I will roundly ignore.

This is the current state of shareholdings in IBS Corp NZ
A significant majority of the holding companies were incorporated in recent months.
A significant majority of those companies involve Kenina Maree COURT.
There is no record of any transaction that might accord the claimed valuation of IBS

So david, at what time can we expect to see you ‘piling in’?

Just wondering like.

Cryptocurrencies, and by association, LEG, not doing well at all.

I blame Zaf, and by association, LEG, for piling in to the hype.

No news again this week. I blame Zaf, and by association, LEG.

A positive but drizzly good morning to all genuine LEG holders here.

I sense a decent day ahead.

It was the first time that I had seen Zaf.
Shifty ,or what .

Indeed, plain as the nose on my face.

The presenter on vox was as effective as a late developing 4 year old, and zaf has the presentation skills of a mixed up spaghetti bolognaise. Little eye contact, plenty of contradictory comments, and deep down, I sensed he didnt believe what he was saying.

The share price is down at these levels for a reason. Several reasons actually. The pie in the sky comments on the dreamers thread are just that.

Zaf's "backward looking" investment strategy will pay off in spades.

To have a stake like VS in the books at the previous valuation, and to see what they have achieved in the past 9 months or so, is superb because the share price has languished at a false low price, enabling a smooth transition towards large accumulations for those who want to reap the big reward.

Perfectly put Belt.

I have long been bullish of IBS, a cash cow in my view. Low commissions of around 1% but massive deals in the hundreds of millions are possible.

Zaf also said he expected the licences and permissions to be granted "very soon".

VS motoring and on fire where growth is concerned.
IBS about to be granted permission to operate and already they are "scoping a deal in the millions".
CfA quietly getting on with their crypto bond fund (£50m)
Oil price nudging $70 per barrel and our decent stake in the Circle Oil find is looking promising.

I hope all those who have castigated Zaf over the past 6 months or so will be the first to acknowledge his acumen when we hit the first target of 1p.

IBS is also an interesting one. As Zaf alluded to in the interview, connections are the key and it is through these that is being build up via Leg and also his other connections, that will enable IBS to get going.

That is the point regarding Zaf having personal decent stakes in the investments, Zaf would not be getting a massive salary from Leg. Therefore, in my opinion he deserves to do well personally if we all also do well. From my own experience it is typical for shareholders to expect all the gains with as minimal payout as possible to the directors. So if Zaf does well, we all do. Good luck to him.

Soup, your right the dilution is annoying but it’s his full time job and if vs get to expected levels and one of the other investments comes good I’m not gonna begrudge him a salary.

Don't rule out a possible bit of LEG buying from the US in the next few weeks.

I've sent the details of today's podcast and YouTube interview, along with a resume' of VS to some rather well-heeled friends in Key West this evening.

Paul, it could have got closer to 0.5 if Zaf didn't keep diluting.

Prof, I’m just surprised that we’re not already at .50 I genuinely believe this company has a long long way to go beyond that. I currently have almost 50 million shares which I’ve held for 2 years now my plan if they deliver on promises will be to double that amount and see what the mid term brings.
