16/10/2017 11:50 | I was so much looking forward to hearing about the 'Unique Biz. Model' on the 25th. It will surprise many, I'm sure. | michaelsadvfn
16/10/2017 11:45 | Well done prof Well done indeed | kemorkid
16/10/2017 11:41 | I have just spoken to LEG head office (I didn't ask who it was but it sounded like Zaf), and they know nothing of the presentation scheduled for 25 Oct. He told me that if there is anything arranged with Zak Mir, then Mr Mir personally phones Zaf to arrange a date/venue etc. The only explanation that they could think of was that as it was going through a third party (eventbrite) something could be arranged in the near future but they have jumped the gun. Everything else is going fine and IBS applications are on schedule as per the RNS. | professor pettigrew
16/10/2017 11:40 | I went to see David at his home this morning for truce talks but after seeing a long line of ex MMs queuing at his front door I didn't bother. | wrestlingmad
16/10/2017 11:36 | It's all about VS ! | chinese investor
16/10/2017 11:34 | Obviously it's not as important as IBS to LEG but one day VS might be worth something. | soupdragon55
16/10/2017 11:33 | And some more that I'm sure everyone in the city is talking about. Another big deployment in the coming months is the introduction of a newly developed e-marketing platform. Dubbed “Edge For Health”, the system provides an Amazon-like marketplace for NHS procurement. The system aims to enable trusts and commissioning groups with online functionality, from procurement all the way to the payment stage, with greater transparency and visibility of spend across all items purchased – and importantly, bring multimillion-pound savings for the NHS. “The improvements delivered by both the Edge for Health and ERP replacements will help commissioning groups and provider trusts meet back-office operational productivity objectives outlined in Lord Carter’s report,” says Edwards. “They will also support the delivery of NHS Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) policy and the emerging NHS Model Hospital initiative.” | soupdragon55
16/10/2017 11:18 | Just to help our top researchers on the other thread. NHS SBS has updated its info on Edge4Health provided by Virtualstock. Connecting NHS buyers with suppliers During 2018 NHS Shared Business Services, in partnership with leading technology company Virtualstock, is set to launch a new eMarketplace, Edge4Health, to the NHS - at no cost at all! That's right; technology designed to retail ecommerce best practice will be free for all NHS organisations to use, fundamentally improving how products are bought and paid. What's more, Edge4Health is a fully mobile solution that enables requisitioning, approval and receipting on the go. Goodbye desktop, hello 21st century! Using Edge4Health, requisitioners can easily search organisation approved catalogues to locate and requisition products, for buyers to electronically approve at the right price. The technology automatically converts approved requisitions to purchase orders (POs) and transmits them to the supplier. The fully integrated purchase-to-pay platform enables electronic receipting of goods for smooth supplier eInvoicing whilst auto-PO flip reduces administration in the payment process. Edge4Health is designed to interface with existing accounting and procurement technologies, driving efficiencies and improving compliance - an issue we know is important. Saving time and money Edge4Health has been designed to enable the NHS to unlock potential efficiencies set out by Lord Carter and other national strategies. Not only will the technology reshape your back office functions; more importantly it will drive consistent, effective demand management through better visibility of costs, contracts and controls. Client adoption A roll-out plan is currently being agreed with individual trusts and a date that Finance & Accounting clients can expect to start using Edge4Health will be communicated to clients as plans are finalised. In the meantime, click on the links below to see what exciting benefits Edge4Health will deliver. | soupdragon55
16/10/2017 09:06 | George (LEG) 04 Sep 2017 - 07:52:19 Chinese, don't forget we have the £225k ish for the warrant sales that we "gave" away to the Alcazar consortium, who swiftly made a circa 65-70% profit!! Chinese Investor )LEG) 04 Sep 2017 - 07:51:11 So how is this going to be paid back ? "Post the year end, in April 2017, Legendary entered into a new facility agreement with Alcazar 1 Pte Limited for up to US$400,000. The facility bears an interest rate of 10% and has a term of one year. At the end of June 2017, US$250,000 of the facility was drawn down." | chinese investor
16/10/2017 08:59 | Gotto, the whole IBS thing is quite simple really. IBS Corporation is effectively set up by Zaf through an intermediary, in this case Kenina Maree Court, an accountant who sets up shell companies on a daily basis. He then allocates a nominal number of shares to LEG to legitimize the process before allocating the bulk to himself. He could not do this the other way around as then LEG would be seen to be bolstering his own stake. IBS will then raise money in a market that has no prior knowledge of LEG, it will then loan the money to LEG who will pay back with interest. So Zaf profit. This is exactly what he has done with Alcazar 1 Pte who have loans LEG money numerous times. Alcazar have the same business address as numerous companies linked to Zaf. Either way, Zaf makes his money. Personally whilst I'm not a fan of Zaf's shenanigans, I'm only here for VS. | soupdragon55

16/10/2017 08:26 | Didn't take much for the mm's to inch up the ask. They just do not want any sustained buying. | professor pettigrew
16/10/2017 08:23 | Professor Pinocchio 16 Oct '17 - 08:12 - 9035 of 9035 0 1 Was talking to an ex-mm last night. He is a holder here, not in a big way think he has around 10m shares, but he thought the RNS was very positive because it gave a very positive signal by Zaf having a stake of that size. His take on "nominal" by the way, (bearing in mind we know Zaf has done consultancy work for the IBS stakes for LEG and himself) is 25% of the start-up value. He was a man of great experience having worked in the City since 1970. You lying toad. You would type anything to try and get the share price up. | michaelsadvfn
16/10/2017 08:12 | Good morning all. Mickluv1 - yes, looks positive at the moment. Was talking to an ex-mm last night.
