12/10/2017 13:00 | Afternoon turbo - boring? Just think of what's in the pipeline. Exciting, I'd say. Always been a LEG man anyway! | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 12:56 | Very boring today whilst we wait | turbotrader2
12/10/2017 12:52 | KK and others:- This is the relevant bit from the RNS regarding our 12% stake in IBS. Zaf is very bullish on this tie-up and we could see cash flow sooner rather than later. "This cooperation is intended to give Legendary an additional source of funds for current and future projects, and give IBS access to new investment opportunities via Legendary's channels thereby providing further opportunities for value generation. "With the consideration for the stake being nominal, the opportunity is truly asymmetric." | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 12:22 | 25 years in the city and that ramping babboon couldnt see a placing if it crept up and smashed him in the face. I assume the city in question was Arbroath. | professor knobhead
12/10/2017 12:10 | Cheers KK, I hope all the genuine here make a packet. One other thing re IBS, I cannot believe that the boss of IBS hasn't already put the feelers out in NZ for clients, so personally would see them hitting the ground running once it's announced the licence and permissions have been granted. Also, ask yourself this. Would he come here from NZ if he didn't think the IBS business model wouldn't work and be very profitable? Zaf has always had the ability to surprise, don't rule out another trick up his sleeve in the near term! PP | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 12:06 | Very informative ,precise snd encouraging As always from you PP and many thanks for Taking trouble to reply to my whimsical Thoughts!! Hope you make a million out of this share And I mean that sincerely KK | kemorkid
12/10/2017 11:52 | Hi KK. Personally, cannot see one. We have sufficient cash for the next six months, and the agreement with IBS is meant to be a joint venture which will (in Zaf's words) "quickly accrete value". As the business model of IBS is purely commission based, and we own 12%, then I view this as Zaf ensuring LEG gets a nice cash flow from this investment. The cash flow could start very soon, and he's already stated that income from IBS wold be used to increase current investments and instigate new ones. Six months worth of cash is a pretty decent buffer in any case. I understand both Zaf and the big cheese of IBS will be in the City sometime this month, so I'd be expecting an RNS to say that the necessary licences and permissions have been granted to IBS to start trading. And this on top of what's to come from VS. So, on balance, no I don't see the need for a placing in the near future. IF there is one by Q1 2018, I'd trust the funds would be used to increase investment in VS. I think the 14.3m buyer yesterday, was someone in the know, and wouldn't think they'd buy that amount of stock in one hit if a placing was anywhere on the agenda. PP | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 11:40 | Pp what's your opinion on placing possibility please KK | kemorkid

12/10/2017 11:35 | I sold 669k earlier, but I see some toerag is trying to claim it as his buy. | professor knobhead

12/10/2017 11:24 | These quieter days are the ones to pick up stock, especially when the day traders have had their fun. Looking for this to move into the 0.2's by the end of the month. | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 11:19 | Your welcome. I have two long term positions in here. Just hope that I will be able to see the rewards. As I have account issues if Churchill Mining come back at a lot less or have bad news. | abeygale
12/10/2017 11:16 | Thank you abeygale. | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 11:15 | Got them, 0.147p. | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 11:15 | I just witnessed the 669,000 going through after the Professor posted. His confidence bodes well for LEG. | abeygale
12/10/2017 11:13 | Going in for a further 669,000. | professor pettigrew

12/10/2017 09:18 | I'll certainly be going. Anyone else? | nhs buyer
12/10/2017 09:18 | Zaf is manouvering to find a source of funding since no UK based company will fund him after the last placing. That is the reason IBS was set up. | soupdragon55

When: Wed 25 October 2017 17:45 – 20:00 Where: Nex Exchange, 6th Floor, 2 Broadgate, London, EC2M 7UR | adrian noble
12/10/2017 08:54 | Zaf is manoeuvring us into a position where LEG is going to be a powerful player going forward. Tuesday looked more and more like manipulated capitulation to me, enabling the MM's to hoover up the last cheap stock around the 0.11p level. As I've said before, a market cap around £4m will look pretty stupid next year. | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 08:52 | Me too gbenson1 - but I don't think they are far away. Will our 14.3m buyer increase his holding? I buy here for my own account, plus my wife's so we have two differing blocks (SIPP & ISA's). | professor pettigrew
12/10/2017 08:47 | Nice perky start, but would like a few larger conviction buys to continue uptrend. | gbenson1 |
