13/10/2017 11:26 | oilbuy, you obviously don't understand valuation of private companies. Tell me why despite people on here saying VS was valued at over £100m earlier this year that their last share issue valued them at £66m? Can you give me a breakdown of how you think a £100m valuation is achieved? I'd be glad to see your figures. I take it you've seen VS pricing documents like the rest of us have? I understand you're desperate to ramp this up so you might get out of the trap of the spread but you need to be more clever in your approach. | soupdragon55
13/10/2017 11:23 | Keep up lolThis is Oct 2017 !!!!!! | oilbuy
13/10/2017 11:23 | Why will IBS present a unique model? Because of their synergies with LEG. They will be multi-purpose, offering financial advice, taking stakes in SME's and start-ups, and offering wealth management and investment services. So, not a bank as such, not an advisory company as such, but a multi-purpose financial cojpany open to all levels of private investors while at the same time seeking out growth opportunities as do LEG And remember, our 12% stake is a very nice slice of incoming commissions. The wider market hasn't yet realised it. The first stage will be, of course, to get the necessary licences and permissions, and I firmly believe that Zaf and the boss of IBS have already mapped out the strategy so they can get going immediately they get those permissions. All imho of course, but I strongly believe IBS is a very important fit into LEG's strategy. | professor pettigrew

13/10/2017 11:20 | No he didn't oilbuy, Jenkins bought in at a value of £58m. VS is now valued at £66m or £10 per share. Not a penny more as there is no market so it is only valued at the last price its shares exchanged hands. Do try and keep up. | soupdragon55
13/10/2017 11:17 | Most companies on AIM are loss making. That's why they are PLCs. Your in the wrong game pal. VS has a value of 100M the guy from dragons den put his money in at 68M valuation. VS is going public soon. | oilbuy
13/10/2017 11:11 | Apparently IBS business model will surprise many, says a man who thinks LEG is a conglomerate. Perhaps IBS will specialise in lying about the trades they make. | soupdragon55
13/10/2017 11:09 | oilbuy - word is slowly spreading here about the prospects for LEG, re VS and eventually IBS. IBS business model will surprise many when it's announced. Contrary to popular opinion, NZ isn't stuffed full of companies like them. They will present a unique model. As for VS, well no need to say any more. We all know what is happening there. It's when it's announced in RNS's that LEG's share price will move sharply higher. | professor pettigrew
13/10/2017 11:00 | Apparently we are trading well under 'intrinsic value'. VS is loss-making. IBS doesn't have the necessary licences to trade yet. AMED has lost 50% since LEG invested. Hang on a minute, we do have some rock samples. | michaelsadvfn
13/10/2017 10:53 | No reversal lol | oilbuy
13/10/2017 10:30 | Reversal? Impatience you mean! Dips are always bought here. Normal service will be restored at some stage today. We are trading well under intrinsic value awaiting news. | professor pettigrew

13/10/2017 09:46 | Good morning to all genuine holders. Bit of a late one, just back from Heathrow picking up a friend. Decent volumes here so far, suggest the sellers are the ones with no patience yet again, but some decent buys so this minor hiccup isn't a problem. Looking forward to developments soon. | professor pettigrew

13/10/2017 09:32 | Pretty much anyone who bought on the big volume day will have been sat on a loss from the start as the bid barely rose. The price only moved due to the offer and spread increasing. | soupdragon55
