7% VS worth 0.15p (from Octobers valuation ...now outdated)
800k cash worth 0.03p

without including Bosques, Manas , etc etc etc

At a guess I would say without ,The Shelford Group (as well) .

How about this for a thought to chew over?

Currently, LEG are valued at £5.5m.

Now, if VS were to be floated, at what price would the market value them?

I can bet the farm, that there is a massive amount of news in the pipeline, but VS aren't releasing it yet (see RTW1's previous research and posts).

If VS were to float, they would have to release ALL of the news before listing.

As we all know, VS have the potential to rise exponentially to become a "unicorn" (valued at $1BN and more) company.

My take on it is the market would probably value VS at many times more than it is valued at in our books. Yes, we don't hold 100% of the company (more's the pity) but our 7% - which may turn into 10%, don't forget we have the option - is being priced by the market at a huge discount to it's current value.

Everything adds up. On any normal basis of valuation, not forgetting what else LEG hold, plus the current cash, we should be trading at least at 0.5p at the moment.

All will be revealed in the fullness of time.
