I've sold a lot this afternoon, also HSBA, as wanted to reinvest elsewhere. It has carried on going up. C'est la vie - well my vie, anyway...

Well... i can't believe i've broken even due to down cost averaging and most importantly the dividend payment.

Whoever was brave enough to stand against the government and pay the dividend deserves a bonus in my opinon.

Yes you would.
ex divi date was 23 April, so you could have sold anytime after that date and still got the divi.

Yes mine has arrived with HL. I've never had any issue with them. Dividends tend to appear before midday when due.

Not in my Halifax account yet. Its normally there by the end of day (and be invested) but I don't follow it that closely. I haven't made a cash withdrawal since I opened my account in 1997. Does make me wonder whats the point..

HL as well - nothing yet.

Also, got FRES divi a couple of days ago, and in account, but still showing as 'not cleared', i.e. cannot reinvest it yet. Same will apply with LGEN, I guess?
