CFO bought open market in JuneInterim results early August as part of the process in the Canadian listing it is 30 days prior to thst date so if August 1st it would be the start of July the last time a director could buy. Standard rules

Why would the CFO - Glenn Featherby participate in the previous placing at 9p, and buy in the open market at 9p. If there was a prospect of a multi million dollar placement at much lower level in the very near term (Canadian listing seems to be close listening to interview). Would like to think they already have a few investors lined up in Canada.

placings / fund raise in Canada will be via flow through funds, which are at a premium to the prevailing share price due to the tax incentives to the participants.

Looking at recent developments after my call a while back that single digits share price were coming, I’m still reluctant to pile back in. The potential that should be realised in the end is huge but at the same time im thinking about the financing of a possible deep drill programme on bam which would be expensive and need a large cash raise after listing in Canada. Drilling would take a while and results aren’t certain and can take longer than expected to get the hits. What’s niggling me is the timeframe and a large placing which may even be done as low as 5-6p in £ terms coz I’m thinking they might raise as much as $10m or more. So I’m on the sidelines watching for now to see what happens first.
