The Company's cash and cash equivalents balance was GBP397,109 at 30 June, 2023

And they have around £600k due from Storm Nov and March

Im guessing around £700K end 1st quarter 2024

I nearly invested here at 20p as I was looking for a good gold mining company and have been checking in regularly.

Sorry for those that invested earlier as I have been in this position myself in the past and it never feels good.

Fortunately I also researched West Red Lake WRLG V which took over the assets of Pure Gold for peanuts and this one looks the real deal.

but the fall is way more that i expecting this is shocking.

Im not invested but please tell me Rental how the CEO is clueless.
He took over from Humphries, company was rudderless.
TSX was defo the way to go, unfortunately no funding available for small cap resource companies.

Add in, if most the funding is raised in Canada, which there is a strong likelihood. Then none of the folk taking part in the placing can flip their shares for at least 4 months because of the lock in. The Canadian listing, which will be completed after the placing will provide another market of buyers. That said, it is seems like even more Landore delays. This placement was due to be completed on or around 30th November, when does it no longer become "or around", 5th December now...

all the media is now taking Gold and Bitcoin, I still can’t get my head around todays share price, As soon as things are more black and white here the only thing going to be holding this back is the placement investors maybe jumping ship here on 20 percent rises,

5 million raised and this is near our market cap, time and more rises in Gold price maybe we double up, but this must be bottom and a great time to top up at 6p

I daresay there may have been a little Management Panic,thinking a listing
In Canada may help.

Somewhat ironic that Canada holds no Gold in reserves now,yet has Phenomenal
Gold mining and exploration assets.

I own several TSX and TXS-V stocks and call them the Precious Metal Graveyards
for unbelievable Capitulations - far worse even than Aim.

Anyone would think Gold had fallen to $1000 oz to explain such bad sentiment
and Total Investors`Capitulations

Of course that can change very quickly when the Pi`s that dumped all their Precious Metal stocks -start to buy back in.

If Gold is doing what it should do, as some Major Banks are in trouble,yet Central Banks have been hoovering up every Tonne of Physical Gold,then I consider
the next time Landore want to raise Money it will be at a considerably higher price

Those getting in now or in the placement have struck this extremely lucky. Cash in hand will be more than the Mcap, 1.5m oz already proved up and gold sitting at ATHs.Lucky f@ckers
