If I was a member of the Telegram group, I'd be very careful about trading the stock...if they are getting insight from the LAG then that's a clear case of front-running. The FCA will love that...

Newsflow drying up across the sector.Companies need financial liquidity to generate newsflow.Brokers not interested (or able) in buying stock on market and only want to do primary issuances where they can sell stock at massive discount to their mates. Why try and do secondary trading for 0.3% when you can sell discounted stock for 6% plus 6% in warrants ?Madness. If the regulators wanted to ensure Mum & Dad investors were putting their pension into illiquid investments that get sold down to discounted placement levels (without being given access to those placements) then they should be congratulated for a job well done.

AIM Market is finished.Investors running for hills across the entire AIM market. The number of brokers actually able to raise money for small/micro caps has fallen dramatically. All AIM listed resource stocks should delist and and head for ASX or TSX.

I'm not aware of a date for starting (if it has started for example) but understand the current year program is still as per previous announcements

Jmr gold, you’re right about one thing. Just found out the activist group is on telegram. Looks like things not going as planned. Told you management aka humphries is devious. This might take longer than you think to sort out. Good luck on that.

I've been here since Day One. Have kept hard copies of the ARs since 2006 (sad I know).
Rounding figures up from fundraisers it comes to just shy of £67m. Have no idea what the investment/expenditure was when trading in TSX days.
They'd have been far better just investing that money in buying gold bars on the open market with that £67m. Certainly would have given a better return than even selling the Company when BAM hits 2m ozs.

Not sure where you get £70 million from. But no, certainly nothing to be shouting from the roof tops. That said, BAM is a good deposit, it has been developed at limited cost, all eit at glacial pace. I still believe it will be mined one day and that won't be by Landore. Bill going is a positive step towards that. Some seriously poor decisions made in the past 12-18 months. Need someone who knows what modern companies and shareholders want, not 20 years ago.

£70m spend over 17 years & if it wasn't for a massive share consolidation we'd still be a 1p share company.
Not exactly something to shout about from the roof tops?

Yeah I do think. Seems like there is a shareholder activist group claiming 25% of holding pushing the change. Bill is going for good. Severance, I flipping hope not. But you're right, I wouldn't rule up one last give away of super cheap share options.

You think? I’m not buyin it. And how much will Humphries be awarded in severance, because that’s what it is. Be more than a gold watch.

Kuru - Bill is gone. Michelle is not ideal, but it may never happen and will only be an interim appointment. They are now committed to a new CEO coming in, hopefully before the AGM.
