Meetings definitely onWednesday and Thursday. This is notpublically availableinformation, but trust me. Board meeting on Tuesday somost likely ( but not guaranteed ) that results will come first thing Wednesday so as not to compromise the meetings scheduled to start later thatmorning.

And its quite feasable they will be doing city presentations for brokers etc but I thought they would be after the results.
Im not saying mesquida is wrong all Im saying is I cant find that info anywhere.

However not all info is always out there.
Either way this is probably the best share there is to be holding right now.

Remember 1 city deal in the US is worth around $10mill to KMK

There are 23 major cities planned for the roll out in the US.

Then there are about 4 more cities to be added and then smaller ones along the way no doubt.

Yep aware that the board meeting is a scheduled item, just assumed on my part that this would be where they look to sign off the content of the report and agree on the 'Going forward statement'.

I understand it's mesquida who believes that there are FM/broker meetings due.

Im expecting good news but the results were out on the 19th of July last year.
I expect them to the around the same time this year but if they are early then fine.
I was not aware they had been brought forwards ?

As in they have one 4 times per year and this one has been scheduled for ...........A YEAR.

Why are people saying there will be presentations to Instis and brokers ? where has this been writ/said ?

The results as far as I am aware are not due for at least another month?
I am not aware that they have brought the results forwards why do people say they have ?

Just because they are having the June quarterly board meeting does not mean the results have been brought forwards ?
Or has it been said somewhere that the results have been brought forwards and that there will be presentations to the "city" as such ?
I have not seen this mentioned so why do people mention it ?
Maybe they have said this but I cant see it if you know where it is writ perhaps you can share ?
If not then its just rumor.


I have never mentioned it , what I have said is what is fact and that is as someone else has said , that they are having a quarterly board meeting which was scheduled for tomorrow 1 year ago.
This is a normal quarterly event.

The reason that "I" think there will be news is for completely different reasons.

I am not saying there wont be presentations and results this week but I am very skeptical.

I think this is a normal meeting to discuss company matters.

But I expect news.(not off results maybe a trading update ?)

Thanks Guys, glad to see buying pressure. Hopefully, we get some feedback from the board and it's not totally closed meetings to FMs and brokers.

Sorry, need to correct my previous message. Meetings are lined up for Wednesday and Thursday. Board meeting is tomorrow. So most likely that we will get the results announcement first thing on Wednesday morning, prior to the commencement of the meetings.

Yes, shrewdmole, they have a series of meetings with brokers/fund managers lined up for tomorrow and Wednesday. Could be an interesting few days ahead of us!

Soaked up some decent sells and still looks like it's itching to go again.

Volume and weighted average is very strong.

Ha to be something coming soon.either holding Rns or contract win is my bet.

It's just a gut feeling looking at the trade sizes, the bid strength and lack of apparent stock.

Small trades pushing it up as if there is a larger buy sitting in the background or a buy order being worked up to a price.
Its that or they have no stock at all.
If its no stock they will try and treeshake it all the way up.

Don't have L2, so not seeing anything beyond bid/ask, but if you guys are seeing some pressure on the buy side hopefully the MMs will raise the price further today.

Its true they have no stock I couldnt add 1k shares yesterday and had to try FOK's and neg trades with no joy.
Toward close I managed to add a few but for ages I couldn't get any
