Simon Thompson in the Investors Chronicle - 2 analysts' sum of the parts valuations of 21-31p and 26p fair value seem fair - representing a nice 400-500% upside.

An absolutely nauseating 10 minute interview on Proactive yesterday in my view.

No real talk about the big pre-tax losses. No real mention about finances or what is going on with HSBC or why HSBC required a £4.5m cash deposit with legal charge over that deposit.

No mention about the Group Debt Restructuring.

I wish some real financial journalists would interview Kromek.-Not just the coterie of paid-for fianancial media outlets which Kromek has assembled and surrounded itself with.

No yield. Constant dilution. Lots of jam tomorrow. And a share price that’s down 93% over 10 years, 82% over 5 and 49% over 1. What’s not to like?!?

You have your answer.

Finncap have them EBITDA positive for the first time next year, but cash flow negative at least into 2026.

This is in a long research note released today, which can be accessed for free on their site after registering.

FY23 results saw revs +44% and an encouraging move to an adj EBITDA profit of £1.63m in H2. Equity Dev see that momentum extending into FY24, introduce FY25 forecasts and retain a 26p/share fair value.

LOSS BEFORE TAX £6.1 MILLION.

- What happened to all those announcements of wonderful things tomorrow, multiple contracts and looking to the future with increased confidence?

1.Appointment of new broker, Cenkos!

Come on! Pull the other one.

FinnCap and Cenkos have agreed to merge and the merger is on track to complete any time now in Q3 2023.

2. Looks like HSBC want to be repaid. You have to ask yourself why long-standing bankers, HSBC would want to be repaid. See Section 15. on Borrowings for full details (as well as Section on Going Concern).

Also note that this is, I presume, what really happened with the bulk of the recent Equity Raising.

"The Group has a GBP5.0m RCF with HSBC, the repayment date for which has been extended from 11 March 2023 to 31 August 2023. Post year end, the Group deposited GBP4.5m with HSBC over which the bank has a legal charge in the event that the RCF is not repaid by 31 August 2023. At the date of this report, the Group are finalising the terms of an alternative borrowing facility to replace the HSBC RCF and the Board are confident that this facility will be secured to repay the RCF by 31 August 2023."

3. Short term borrowings repayable within 12 months have rocketed to £8.318 million ( from £5.718million).

hmm....

The only questions here are;
A)when exactly will Kromek next run out of cash again?
and
B)where will the next round of cash come from?
and
C)is there anyone left to raise cash from who hasn’t been burned by previously listening to Kromeks pleas

Worried about fund raise, because despite orders, keeps burning through cash, with high director salaries.

Very strange to see a stock at its all time low when it has announced the largest number of orders in its history. Any idea on the reasons ? The logic is either the market doesn't believe anything or the orders are fake which is almost impossible.

Maybe they’re saving up all their announcements before the next scheduled cash call🫣 Mike33, will be on cue talking of Kromeks perfection and how they never intended to make a profit up till now😆. Reminds me of that monty python ‘only a flesh wound’ sketch.

Just one solitary contract announcement in more than two months compared to the fistful of awards/contracts/collaboration agreement announcements in the run-up period to the fund-raising. - Funny old world innit.

No update about the Group Debt Restructuring.

Anyone heard or know anything?

Although can't imagine that the massively surging interest rates are going to do anything other than further harden and dampen lender appetite.
