11/5/2023 10:22 | Lots of posts when Kromek is down, none when its up 10%funny that. | susiebe
11/5/2023 00:54 | They have to both support the price at this 5p level and convince their investors to vote yes on the 25th. Would have thought if they fail at either the placing's unviable so quite the task ahead of them the next 2 weeks. Expecting more "tips" from Simon and anyone else they can pay to promote the co at this time. | bad gateway
10/5/2023 19:17 | Kromek to host an investor webinar,m on Monday, Quepassa will you be putting a few questions forward? I suspect they’ve got the vibe that investor sentiment is so low now, that they’ve nothing to lose by a bit of interaction. | aqc888
10/5/2023 15:12 | Estienne, I fully agree. In my view, the market-makers are busting a gut to keep the price at circa 5p. I share the same opinion as you that that the share price will collapse to 4p - or even lower. The IMPORTANT THING to consider is that private shareholders collectively have the power to block the resolutions and do not have to suffer further egregious dilution of their shareholdings by this latest fund-raising. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
10/5/2023 14:54 | Estienne, i won't bother to read it. i can guess what it says. remind me please. Who is the Placing agent? and what are their fees on the Placing? ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa

10/5/2023 14:44 | Finncap are the house broker so its a bit biased | estienne
10/5/2023 14:21 | Finncap have updated their research on KMK. You can access it on their website. | mjneish
10/5/2023 13:08 | Its clear that the IC has its own agenda and not necessarily one that benefits investors. No one in their right mind will take up the offer and I'm pretty sure the price will drop to below 4p. | estienne
10/5/2023 12:32 | it might be worth while to attend the AGM | share holder
10/5/2023 11:21 | 1. All the posts for yesterday on the London South East bulletin board are good and important reading. 2. The shareholder Voting papers for the 25/5/23 General Meeting resolutions have been sent out yesterday to you / your brokers. No RNS. 3. It's really easy to vote via the Corporate Actions section of your online account for the vast majority of shareholders who hold the their shares with online platforms. Deadline 23rd. May 1pm (unless your broker sets an earlier date/time). ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
09/5/2023 20:21 | For some context; Pivotal year unfolding for Kromek - 18/1/22 Share price 14.5p Winners in an uncertain world - 16/5/22 Share price 9.7p Kromek’s record sales visibility is materially undervalued - 2/8/22 Share price 9.5p A biological detection winner - 11/22 Share price 8.75p This stock is about to turn world-leading technology into profit - 2/23 Analysts think this stock's share price will quadruple - 4/23 Share price 6.85p Buy into Kromek's £7.5mn open offer of new shares - today Share price 5p …. It goes back way further when share price was way way higher… “Don't worry about Kromek's revenue fall“ - 1/2019 Share price 26p | aqc888
09/5/2023 19:44 | Unbelievable… he’s tipped it again. | aqc888
09/5/2023 13:09 | I have Kromek at an asking price of 4.95p which is lower than the offer | estienne
09/5/2023 09:11 | The lion's share of the new monies is to :-"50-60 per cent. to strengthen the balance sheet to facilitate the restructuring of the Group's debt." There are many interesting articles on the web about CORPORATE DEBT RESTRUCTURING . One important point to note/consider is the difference between debt refinancing and debt restructuring. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
09/5/2023 00:43 | Simon Thompson has been more then unreliable when it comes to Kromek. He's either an idiot or being outright disingenuous IMO. He been tipping them the whole way down. | ark87
08/5/2023 18:36 | 2021 fundraising- “In a stock market announcement, Kromek said the net proceeds will be used to de-risk and commercialise its bio-security and pathogen detector, as well as allowing it to ramp up its commercialisation rate.” What happened to that bio security pathogen detector technology the last fundraising was for? Thought it was going to be commercialised with the last fundraising? How many have they sold? Who on earth is going to see Kromek as a credible company and invest in the next fundraising? | aqc888
08/5/2023 16:55 | Hopefully it will make people aware how unreliable are Simon Thompson and the IC. | estienne
08/5/2023 10:57 | Kmk have always been very cagey about their cash position, because it is always embarrassing. At the end of January they actually produced a figure of £1 million, but then claimed it had improved to £1.3 million with the perennial robust trading, record orders, and improving margins, inline with expectations and ebitda bladida. Then in april just a couple of weeks before this rather large placing (which they say they dont necessarily need!)they announce that they are ‘cash neutral’ (is that a euphemism for bust?) and likely to be for the rest of the year. At the end of the RNS they state they possibly have enough cash to trade to the end of 24? Obviously they wouldnt like to put an actual figure on that! The money raised would strengthen the balance sheet ( it certainly would if they havnt got any) and help restructure the bank debt (alarm bell). They have ‘not needed’ cash raises every year of their existence but somehow they just seem to find the market so generous. The 20 million raise a couple of years back more or less disappeared within a year. I think they may have had 3or 4 million to carry on before the next raise. So I wonder how long this £7 million that they dont necessarily need is supposed to last. They never produce any figures about actually value of future orders or how much profit they are going to make. You would be laughed out of a bank for a loan with their so called ‘visibility. Also very surprised there is no ‘going concern’ statement from a ‘competent person.’ Most strikingly of all is that none of the previous raises has actually added any value to the business.it’s all about fire fighting I am afraid. Odds for another raise before year end anyone? | earwacks
07/5/2023 21:38 | it's not just the selling on Friday which is highly suspect but also the unabashed and concerted pumping of the share in the period prior to the announcement of the deeply-discounted Placing to get the price up. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
07/5/2023 21:00 | Look what the ceo does with his PERSONAL cash. A £5k investment tells you all you need to know. Look at how much he invested in 2021 at 15p and what happened to that. Look at what he is investing this time round. Given he was awarded a £39k rise in remuneration between 2021-2022 and that still he chooses to invest a miserable £5k despite the tragic current share price of 5p tells you all you need to know. A pathetic CEO of a pathetic failing company. MrWB, I totally agree. If the FCA have any respect for the integrity of the AIM market they should be gathering a list of sellers on Friday below 6p and investigating their names. Very suspicious drop on Friday before the announcement. | aqc888
07/5/2023 15:21 | QP apologies was reading lse threads not rns's. They best have some major revenue growth going forwards then. | bad gateway |
