An unsurprising sell down post event. Once the market settles I expect a gradual climb again in advance of the funding package and then a slow appreciation of the price while the mine gets built subject to variations in potash price. This derisks it 50% with funding being the other 50% well imho. |

Shares in AUS/ SA remain suspended until 20th Nov - which ties in with the formal announcement date previously released. As this date is already public knowledge, I'm still confused why the shares remain suspended overseas. |
So we already know that the EPC contract is due to be formally signed on the 19th Nov, so not entirely sure why shares in Aus / SA have been suspended. Unless they are due to make a more formal announcement confirming the 19th Nov date and those attending the ceremony. Just hope it's not an unknown unknown..... |
Final agreement on outstanding points in respect of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contract was reached with PowerChina International Group Limited ("PowerChina") on 28 October 2024. The EPC agreements have now been finalised and Kore Potash and PowerChina are working towards convening a date which is currently set for 19 November 2024 for the signing ceremony with the Minister of Mines (the "Minister") and other high officials of the RoC in Brazzaville. Following the signing ceremony, relevant details of the agreement will be made public. |
This quietly continues to punch higher every day. As usual large delayed buying continues to pop up on trade history. I suspect the legals have been agreed but they are waiting to announce this formally with the relevant Minister. |
