One thing for sure on the next spike if we ever see 28p again ? Most will dump the stock and the funding will be done a lot lower .. KOOVS will only grow sales fast by spending the cash fast ? Then it's all gone & another dilution on the way - seems this company have not thought ahead from the IPO days ? Some businessman Lord Alli is 🚩

JAMBON IS SAYING 450 m total 🚩.. Let's see we have 313.26 million plus 42m from HT & 63.5m from FLFL TO BE ADDED WITHIN A FEW MONTHS . So Jambon is saying the final 31 million to take it to 450 m will have to be at above 60p .. Whatever happens this will never be above 225p . Let's hope it's 150p IPO price within 10 years .. Yes I'm heavily invested & I don't expect to break even before another 3/4 years

Very large 200,000k SELL at end of day & lets hope 15p holds before the trading update at end of September. The 10p placing shares could hit the market soon 42,000,000 million shares at 10p

KOOVS had only 24 million shares back in 2014 ? unbelievable how Lord Alli got into this mess . I've written my investment off & so far Koovs have failed every time . 50/50 chance of survival & Amazon will have big plans for India

20 million extra shares will be added next year via cln's & I think the total shares will be around 520 million ( today it's 313 million ) Lord Alli has not provided shareholders value in over 4 years now & still he talks of Koovs is booming in India lol .. Let's not forget IPO price was 150p 🎖.. Mary Turner will spend spend spend until the next begging cap makes a return

FLFL will also subscribe for a further 63.5 million shares within six months ?? They already have 57.9 million at 10p & it's not know how much they will pay for the larger amount ( 10p maybe ) HT Media first batch were at 10p for 42 million shares ( yet to be added ) the share price tells us trade must we poor & even at 15p investors are not exactly queuing to purchase this stock . Very risky As HARDMAN&CO have said expect a bumpy road ahead

Why are the 42 million HT MEDIA first batch of shares at 10p not showing on the total . Also Jambon has said Koovs will have around 450 million shares ?? It will be far more at least 50 million more & the total dilution from the original 175 m shares will hit us hard . Just look at the share price now 🚩.. KOOVS make zero growth and zero profit & are going be diluted into near oblivion.. Jambon on LSE is the new Koovs special side kick as Putneylad is selling up 🤔.. Mary Turner will bankrupt Koovs in time

Unfortunately Koovs I believe do not have the required funds to last until profit in 2001/2022 and will need yet another fund raising round later . To scale up growth they will need far more cash
