200k SELL pops up delayed lol - at 16.37pm. Sold above bid ? 15.30p

This is funding and dilution on a scale never seen before .. All thanks to the funding at 12/15p from a year in talks with hope of funding at 40p then reduced to 25p & our CEO Nary Turner got it done at 12p & her reward huge bonus 12million shares to go with her free 7 million plus shares . Total now 20 million shares - Lord Alli rewards because Koovs was saved from the brink at our expense .. Now they can spend spend spent until the pot is empty again . Zero growth lol

Shares in issue will grow by another 75% plus within 18 months . What effect will that extra dilution have on the share price ?

If quite clear this was pumped and dumped by Harebridge & his followers 28p down to 15p lol .. no posts on LSE today . Next top up 10p and leave in boom or bust & Koovs could survive . Cash will now last about 2 years

Re share price not going up - The facts are we have more sellers than believers that Koovs is a good investment at this price . I will top up next week

Duscojames-exactly those that missed out on placing should be buying ? Questions need to be asked why they do not buy now ? Or are we expecting a poor trading update.

There was an over-subscribed placing at 15p, why on earth would it drop below that? Even those who missed out on the placing will be buying, let alone 100s of PIs.

James this will tick down to the placing price of 10p unfortunately and please look at the chart it's a falling share price from 25p on July 4th - the chart clearly shown this is Going one way & that's down . Should bounce of 10/11p & I believe that this will happen before end of September . I have spoken to my broken & he advised clients to sell back back on Tuesday 19th June ( share price was 27p ) & now look at the value 🚩 .. It's also thought Koovs is overvalued & have been unable to grow sales in a booming market .zero profit until 2022 if it survives

Unfortunately when you do a low ball rush funding at 10p you will always get the big boys/funds cash in from 27.75p down to 15.3p as its free money when you only had to pay 10p for it .🚩

I'm left asking myself why no institutional investors or funds buying ? Or are they dumping the 10p funding bargain giveaway stock that Lord Alli took 12 months ti get lol now selling stock at huge profit ? Over to you Harebridge . 10p funding ? Are FLFA SELLING ? Or ARE HT SELLING . KOOVS gave away the stock to the Rich & he sells lol

Wonder if Koovs or HARDMAN&CO will update us with details of the big plan or Peel Hunt to give Koovs a new target price ? Why delay good news as India is booming . Over to you Mary Turner
