The Agreement is conditional upon an initial cash raise of at least £6m by the Company (the "Initial Equity Raise"). The Company has already had positive discussions with existing and potential new shareholders regarding support for the Initial Equity Raise. The exact amount of new capital to be raised under the Initial Equity Raise will be determined by the Board in discussion with investors. THE AGREEMENT HASNT BEEN SIGNED OFF YET AND IS CONDITIONAL KOOVS RAISES 6M so if I understand correctly if Koovs fails to raise this HT media deal is off ? Also if Lord Alii is worth over 200million why only lead Koovs 1.5M ? Why doesn't he lead them the required 6M now ? That should set alarm bells ringing to any investor and doesn't show a lot of confidence in my honest opinion
