11/12/2017 16:23 | It does look like there's some traction building up, going by some increases in trading volume, and tick up in price. Hmmmm..., interesting. | turbocharge
11/12/2017 10:20 | Looks like Koovs is now fully operational on Amazon owned Souq.com the Middle East's largest e commerce platform with 717 products for sale at the moment. U.K. launch imminent via Simply Be, as well as news on fundraising & trading update. Looks like the overhang is gone, with not much shifting this upwards. | putneylad66
10/12/2017 15:14 | As per the Digital Retail 2020 report by Google and AT Kearney, India will see a 5x growth in the number of women shoppers by 2020 when they will be more than double their share of online spend. No business in India in recent years has attracted as much hype around it as e-commerce. In light of increasing women with more financial independence, the share of women consumers in e-retail is expected to reach 45-48 per cent in the near future. Presenting an overview on the growth factors, consumption behaviour, key markets and innovations in this field. | putneylad66
10/12/2017 09:51 | We will not see an emerging e commerce sector of this scale in our lifetimes again. India is the fastest growing major economy on Earth, on the cusp of a digital revolution with a very young middle class population amongst it's 1.3 Billion people. The ex ASOS management here have seen it, done it & no better man to have at the top, then the largest shareholder & media mogul Lord Waheed Alli. Have a look at how many shares & options the Directors have between them- they will make this work. I'm calling the bottom here & adding when I can. I think the Interims may surprise a few of the bears :) | putneylad66
10/12/2017 09:50 | Although Koovs had previously shown negative margins, their last Final Preliminary Results published on 7th Sept 2017, showed a positive trading margin from a previous minus 6% to a now positive 4%. With Interims due out within two weeks & Chairman Lord Waheed Alli stating that they spent very little on marketing over the last six months, I expect to see a further improvement in margins & a sharp decrease in reported losses. When looking at margins, you need to understand how companies (especially tech companies) scale up growth in nascent, emerging e commerce markets. The big tech companies did it in the US & UK. It has to be done to gain market share. Just have a look at what Amazon are doing in India attaining massive losses to build up market share. If you can't understand this, it's not really worth getting involved at this early stage | putneylad66
08/12/2017 16:45 | A bit more interest being shown - trade volumes seem to creeping up last few days - not going to be some news over the weekend...? | turbocharge
07/12/2017 11:15 | One thing that concerns me with the site stats is the average time spent on the site is only 2 and a half minutes. Compare that with say asos's 8+ minutes average. Still, we have to start somewhere and site activity seems to be heading in the forward direction. | forethought
07/12/2017 10:45 | Last Small add was mine. Seems to have shifted the share price north..... | duxy786 |
