Although many positive noises from Chairman Lord Waheed Alli & Koovs management, still no funding news (first mentioned in May). Has anybody heard anything from them as the share price continues to plummet to all time lows.
Peel Hunt refusing to speak to retail traders, will only speak to Funds/ Institutions, although they don't seem very impressed with the delay in Fundraising. Koovs secretarial can be contacted on [e-mail] it will be CFO Robert Pursell.

Management, management, management. They all have a proven track record.
The drop wasn’t company specific. If you dont get what is going on with demonetisation & GST, or dont understand scaling up growth- don’t get involved! Simples!

On another note, I could sell as many shares as possible today on a drop with low volumes.

Ade- these mugs wouldn't even know how to short a share, or even what it means. They try to impress with their little knowledge of technical analysis- which does not apply to illiquid shares on AIM. Technical analysis only applies to a few FOREX pairs, indices & very heavily traded equities, at certain times of the day, on particular days.With these types of shares, it's all about management, management, management : )

Isnt it funny how these mug punters fail to mention the fact that Chairman Lord Waheed Alli has 34 million shares, 20% of the company.

The same mugs fail to mention all the options the management have between them & the forfeiture of salaries. This team are determined to make this work & know a little more about scaling up growth than small time traders

Lots of scaremongering from mug punters, going on about Koovs going bust LOLA few lies being spread about Koovs financial position. Just to clarify. As of 30th Sept 2017, GBP 5.9 million has already been PREPAID for marketing (at a reduced rate). The company ALSO HAS GBP 9.2 million cash

Of course they are still trying to get funding. However, in my view, even if they get it, it just delays the inevitable. KOOV are still miles away from being a viable business and are up against sophisticated competition with much deeper pockets.

I see this going bust, perhaps this year, perhaps next. Of course, under the terms of the last issue of convertibles, all the assets go to Lord Ali in that event.
