From 2014 through 2016, the number of online buyers rose sevenfold, to between 80 million and 90 million. Digitally influenced spending, currently $45 billion to $50 billion a year, is projected to increase more than tenfold, to between $500 billion and $550 billion and to account for 30 to 35 per cent of all retail sales byy 2025, according to BCG.

It's no wonder Chairman Lord Waheed Alli is extremely bullish here, having recently pumped in over £7 million.

India will have more than 850 million online users by 2025- that's more than the population of the whole of Europe!

At least they do not ask us for more cash.

How many other companies are targeting and operating a similar business model in India and wanting to be the next ASOS?

This is not without risk and competition and hence the market value likely won't get too far ahead before meaningful profitability gets nearer.

Having said that, the management look very committed here and especially with how much money they put up also. I understand they pay themselves in shares? Is that correct? Cheers NR

Don't expect any news until after the General Meeting on 14th August. Fundraising to be completed on 15th August. Interims & trading update to shortly follow & I expect news on launch in the Middle East via Souq.com
Just got to ride out the next few days : )

Parties have agreed to put in almost £20m with a future conversion price at 40p. That's some confidence in what's likely to happen to me, so I continue to hold purely on this basis. Que sera sera!
