Ali was smart enough to know that the company would need huge cash resources to make it and therefore loaned the company money instead of taking additional shares to ensure he was top of the pecking order when the day of reckoning came.

How is it possible for a company listed on the stock exchange,that's worth nearly £12m to suspend trading,appoint an administrator and then is sold on the same day to the original owner, leaving share holders out of pocket. Surely that's day light robbery. How can it be allowed ???
