Can i just congratulate you guys on officially begin the worst online platform to order from. You guys cancel products after they've been ordered without the customers consent and then even if the product is in stock, you guys refuse to send it out. You guys take days even upto a month to ship at times and you have your own madeup useless rules that you then stupidly tell the customer. Absolute SHAME on you guys @koovsfashion , not only have to you guys started charging shipping even for orders over 500 like a bunch of greedy people but also your service has gone To complete 5hit :) so congratulations.
