Lord Alli, 55, stepped in when the business failed to find alternative sources of funding, but only after it went into administration. He blames Future and is said to be willing to help fund a legal claim against it.

Lord Alli said: 'It is always tough building a business, particularly in a new and developing market. I deeply regret this outcome for equity investors as a result of FLFL defaulting on its commitments.'

Too busy and didn't lose all that to organise it. But perhaps Alli will help in this respect.
Don't expect to get more that you 3.5p market price back though IMO.

I hear you Sonny, but to be honest, i won't revel in this any more. in my time I have suffered big losses, until i vowed to grow up and give up on the dreams and started the long painful journey of understanding exactly how the stock market works and i am still learning every day. thankfully i make good money that allows me to be master of my own time and enjoy some of the fruits of my endeavours.

The key is not to be too greedy and to leave some room for others to make some cash.

Jambon was rude and arrogant but unless he sold last week then he is paying a hefty price for his behaviour. Putney again put in hundreds of hours to no avail. Visit any bulletin board for any stock and there are losers everywhere, I just vowed never to be one of them again.

They have a choice now, play it properly or give up.

Anyhow, there is no money here anymore! and with that in mind, this is now a waste of my time - agreed?

So good luck Sonny and well done on the quick trade on Koov. Hope you got out on i3e when i was tipped it was about to flop. Im on twitter now since Jambon grassed me up for "bullying him" but will speak to lse at some point and put forward my case about being reinstated. Clearly my work was for the benefit of the greater good and everything i said came true but lets see. Not really fussed to be honest, its a waste of time in many respects and is a distraction.

its gone as well you know. I'm pretty much done here now. Just checking in to see if Putneylad has come to apologise on behalf of himself and Jambon for all the people they have lost money for. I did my eternal best to save as many of you as i could - of course i backed my conviciton and shorted it all the way down but that's beside the point.

Wishing those who lost money that it does not affect your life and that it was just a little punt.

jakNife - that too. Necessarily the commitment would have included standard boiler plate with respect to any government authorisation, as allowed under law and so forth. I wouldn't possibly know whether FLFL has an obligation to apply upon rejection from the RBI as that would very much be contract specific. Even so the subscription in no way covers the market cap at time of suspension and trade creditors would in any case be first in line unless they sold those rights away as part of their own settlement.

On the day I said the media is telling lies about Koov's products the price was up on the ramping. If only more listened to me. However I was in for a punt after the share price fell and I made a tenner from the bounce.
