price has drifted down all day like they have been on trend and then over bought and may even be down on the day yet, I'm waiting to buy but i think they just look little expensive and would be comfortable a bit lower yet, the situation with the Mali government is still in the air, so i can't see any sign off for weeks, prices drift down not up 9 out of 10 times.

Reads well:"Kodal Minerals has chosen Sinohydro as a partner for the development of its Bougouni lithium project. The Chinese company is to carry out activities that include negotiating drawdown agreements and financing construction work on the mine, which is expected to start soon.In Mali, the Bougouni lithium project is getting closer to entry into production. Its owner, the mining company Kodal Minerals, has in fact entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese contractor Sinohydro for certain engineering works and obtaining financing for the construction works.Under the terms of the agreement, Sinohydro has a six-month exclusivity period to review the project's financing needs and help the company secure the necessary funds. During this same period, the Chinese group will have to provide its expertise on the best way to carry out the construction work. Sinohydro will also negotiate off-take agreements for future production with companies located in the Middle Kingdom."Sinohydro has solid experience in developing and working on engineering projects in Mali and elsewhere in Africa, which gives us confidence that the team is able to help Kodal finalize the design, financing and the construction process in an efficient and cost effective manner, "commented Bernard Aylward, CEO of the company.As a reminder, the final feasibility study of the Bougouni project published last January estimated that it could deliver 2 million tonnes of lithium concentrate over a minimum lifespan of 8.5 years. Kodal has all the authorizations except a mining permit for which an application has already been filed this year

Charts look like .11p

checking the estimates and found that the spodumene Concentrate price, it is currently trading at $550/t and the estimation for the LOM is $650/t, so it need an increase of 23%, over the last five years it has increase 6%.

The estimate suggests that profits for the LOM will be $200m,but if the price inflation of spodumene concentrate stays constant then profits would be $186m.
this doesn't sound much but that's if it increases, there are a lot of mines coming on line and the price of lithium has been in free fall for 36 months losing 77% of its value.

But there is still the gold to prospect to take into account, but they're staring to look expensive especially when they haven't got a licence yet in a country that could slip into a civil war given that the military have been accused of human rights atrocities in the north and it has been suggested that the coo is too protect some of the high ranking military.
