Was invested in them a while back and haven't kept up to speed with their drilling, but still get their news releases through. Think they used a cut-off of 0.5%. I'm expecting our JORC to be around 35mt and to be released tomorrow - as always, today's volume will tell....as would a VOX podcast appearance by John Meyer of share price Angel.

Actually after a brief look seems pretty good. 21.1Mt on 18,000m drilled, widths about 8-9m. Most of it in the measured and indicated categories now too. That's interesting for sure. Similar grades to KOD.

Ed.

Thelung,

No not looked at them. Did they come in with some good tonnage? What are their widths like compared to KOD as its not just down to strike and metres drilled?

Ed.

Ed, are you familiar with Liontown Resources on ASX who released their maiden JORC last night on similar strike lengths to KOD?

Hyper,

Same I've not seen any company mention anything other than lith carbonate. The folks that are still in will see what happens here on scoping study as that'll highlight the likely route. All we know so far is that SC are offering an offtake for concentrate and the price of concentrate gets mentioned in the RNS, never lith carbonate production. Perhaps some will be able to make a cheaper lith hydroxide product in the future, if it works I'm sure the Chinese will be all over that too.

Regards,
Ed.

Hyper,

I've not seen mention of anything other than lith concentrate mentioned here, the only small company I've really seen focus on a produced lith product is PREM who are talking about a lith carbonate plant. I'd imagine the Chinese are really here for concentrate to feed their plants back in China.

Ed.

Jung,

Oh I know, that's why I keep saying I'm hoping that the KOD JORC will come in bigger than BGS maiden. I've said that all along.

Ed.

Edgein as you well know the jorc will be on 30,000m of drilling whilst BGS only did 5,000 for maiden jorc. Here is hoping for 50+Mt. That will be fabulous

Lets keep our feet on the ground fellas, that would be marvelous, but that would be over x3 BGS maiden resource.

From lseToday 19:33 Price: 0.26SorB 328 postsRE: Its the closologyTheir won't be two processing plants, we all know that. In my opinion BGS can go it alone, you can see that in the latest PFS. Now the big money will be in how big the processing plant will be, currently BGS are planning for 2mtpa.I believe as soon as our JORC is released (I'll be over the moon for anything above 50mt to start with) this will pave the way for a merger as we can easily take them to 4mtpa possibly 6mtpa.A 4Mtpa plant, For every 1Mt of ore put through a plant, you can work out the amount of spodumene concentrate you will get, by inputting the grade, recoveries and desired concentrate grade i.e. 200,000tpa of concentrate per Mtpa capacity, a 4Mtpa plant ends up with 800,000 tonnes of concentrate per annum. Based on the BGS PFS you may be able to produce at $285/t.Current Price of concentrate is over $940/t. (GXY are currently getting this)Therefore: ($940 - $285) * 800,000t = $524,000,000 USD EARNINGS PER YEAR.All to be released very very soon.Today 20:12 Price: 0.26goodflyingduck 2,154 postsRE: Its the closologyGood post SorB. The £s&d of the economies of having just the one processing plant is what's going to drive the merger between KOD and BGS. The infrastructure, in terms of road, rail and water couldn't support two, IMHO, even with the essential upgrades. My money's on KOD making the overture. Why? Because we've got the money, courtesy of SC, MC and whoever is standing behind them. Whether we're called KOD, BGS or SCInc makes not a jot of a difference. The share split will be on the basis of the resources that each has and, again, it really matters not one jot what that is, since we know that there's lots more (on our tenement, for sure) to come and we'll all be rich from the dividends generated by the profits. Your maths demonstrates that.I know that it's counterintuitive but, if we do merge, there's a good likelihood of one of the big players coming along and making an offer that no one, not even the Chinese, could refuse. Let's see. All will be good. Of that, I'm sure.

Let’s hope so, i might make a return on my original stake at 0.33p the year!

Seems to be a lot of value hunting from specialist funds and private investors going on in micro caps/ small caps recently, I hope to see the same story on (MSYS) who report tomorrow, Unicorn Asset Management took at 16.43% stake in June, so could be an interesting play if they have got their due diligence right! Dyor as usual.

Thelung,

I've seen all those conspiracy theories. I'll believe it when I see it. They're gonna need deep pockets to get both BGS and KOD, fairly shallow pockets to get TSI. TSI will need $m to conduct a large RC and diamond drilling campaign to get anywhere close to KOD and BGS.

Ed.
