Fully agree Stonedchic. I expect that we'll have the JORC within the next few days, prior to the AGM, then an RNS to coincide with the AGM where the proposals for the RTO of BGS will be confirmed.

The final squeeze is on here. Anyone now selling is likely to get caught with their pants down when, in rapid succession, we get the JORC and then the RTO RNS. Everything (both KOD and BGS share activity) is pointing towards this.

Teresa May is not the only one going to be dancing in the street!

$GXY realises $940USDt sold for 5.83% spodumene concentrate, an 11% INCREASE from prior 6 months.
Bodes well for other hard rock #lithium stocks such as $BGS, which at these prices, could be making over $650 p/t cash profit.
#ASX bargain.

Are you sure that BGS maiden resource wasn't 15.5Mt as that seems to be the first reserve statement that they put out after about 5000m of drilling. The second resource came out after a further 10,000m drilling campaign.

There must be more to that posco offer than 1.1Mt lith and 4Mt of potash, I haven't got time to look right now. Perhaps galaxy have done loads more drilling and that maiden is due an upgrade as that's a lot of money for that amount of reserves.
