It seems £3.3m has already been completed on 12th May,so only £1,025,266 to come. If Suay Chin wasn't going to complete on it then I doubt it would have completed on the £3.3m! If they thought 0.38p a share was a bargain then these are now as cheap as chips,imo. Buy this gift horse,imo.

Update re Equity Subscription Agreement

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, provides an update to its announcement of 8 May 2017 regarding the finalisation of an equity subscription agreement (the "Subscription Agreement") with Singapore-based Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin") for a second share placing to invest up to GBP4.3 million in the Company by way of a subscription for up to 1,138,227,978 ordinary shares ("Subscription Shares") at GBP0.0038 per share (the "Subscription Price") in two tranches (the "Subscription").

The first tranche of the Subscription for GBP3,300,000 was completed with the admission to trading on AIM of 868,421,052 Subscription Shares on 12 May 2017.

Under the terms of the Subscription Agreement, the second tranche of the Subscription for GBP1,025,266 should be completed by 2 June 2017 or such later date as the parties agree, but not later than 31 July 2017. Suay Chin has advised the Company that it intends to honour its subscription in full by the deadline of 31 July 2017 but has requested, and the Company has granted, an extension to 31 July 2017 for completion of the Subscription. Further update announcements will be made by the Company once the Subscription has completed.

Erm, maybe you should look into what the share price was when the 0.38p funding was first agreed?!

No they're not, but I think you're being very naive if you expect someone providing the one thing KOD need, cash, to do so at what is now almost a 50% premium to the current share price

Why would it be a loss? It's not Billingsgate, SC aren't looking to trade KOD.

SC know the value here.

30m delayed sell reported @ 0.025p from the 16th......I would assume this was the cause of the downward pressure on the share price recently....Looks like my buying yesterday maybe timed right...Mr K.

Experienced investors know that share prices do not always rise in dead straight lines and in a vertical fashion.

No, instead they Buy the dips and average UP, whilst novices run for the toilets.
