If due diligence is satisfactory to Suay Chin, the Second Placing will be undertaken such that the shareholding in the Company of Suay Chin reaches 20% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of Kodal. It is anticipated that this will require the issue of an additional 1,138,227,978 ordinary shares in the Company ("Second Placing Shares"). An issue price of GBP0.0038 per share has been agreed for the Second Placing. The Second Placing Shares will be issued within the Company's existing share allotment authorities and represent approximately 17.45% of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the issue of the Second Placing Shares.

Welcome patient skiboy. Wish I'd waited a couple of weeks before buying my first tranche at 0.4p then getting stopped out before buying back! Hope we do better from here on in and don't be scared by the 1million drops, that's just Pelamis leaving the building

Darwin mostly make money from company in distress and by in large id you see them start flogging loan note is time to go.
but you are wrong about investing on the Aim regardless KOD I invest a lot on the aim and I had more success than fail so far
generally I have 15 to 25 stock on aim with value of approx. 30% of my investment
I am making money on emh sou solg pays now on the main iae ggp cpx sdx irr nipt
and I am loosing on amer axm bxp krs fum bxp ast nano and since December 2015 to now I am up 167%
